Good distance to main sights in the city. Loads of nearby bars. Room was clean with working AC.
Nice lady on reception helped us book our bus to Battambang and called them chase them up when they were late for our pick up.
Good pressure in the shower and complimentary shampoo and body wash.
The street has alot of massage establishments. They cat call passers by till about 4am. This was a Sunday night.
Our room did not have a window and was on the second floor, we could still hear them. I would not recommend for families, but sufficient for Travelers looking for a cheap stay in city centre.
TV remote didn't have batteries.
Bed was fairly hard.

The linens and bedding are hotel quality. You get 2 towels. The dorm mattress was large and incredible cozy and comfortable. The curtain blocks out a lot of light and I slept very well here. I was waiting for the week for some Embassy work, because I slept so well I opted to extend my stay here.
I wanted a quieter experience which is why I booked a dorm room, but at a hotel not a party hostel. It was quiet and despite being on a girly-bar street they do a good job of blocking sound with good qualities windows.
I booked the 4 bed dorm but when I arrived they only had space in the 10 bed. They offered to move me over the next day but I preferred to stay in 1 room. Not sure how I was able to book the 4 bed online if it wasn’t available…
I booked the 4 bed room because the bathroom in the photo seemed nice. The 10 bed bathroom was comical, 3 tiny toilet stalls and 3 tiny shower stalls. As a 170cm small person, I can only imagine how uncomfortable it would be for anyone in a larger body to try to comfortably use the facilities. I had to turn my knees to the side on the toilet.

Staff friendly and prompt to help you. The location is good and close to the riverside just a few minutes walk. There are many restaurants and marts around the hotel, so you will never be hungry at all.
As the location is in the red light area, you will see many sex workers trying to shout and convince guests, especially foreigners walking by. For people who're hard to sleep, I think you need an earplug before going to bed.

Wonderful staff, central location and value for money make this a high review from me.
If your a light sleeper be warned. It very loud at night. But earplugs can help.

Great place to stay in the heart of the action. We liked the design of the place, the strong WiFi and the location.
The room did not have windows to the outside (only a glazed entrance from the inside) so not great if you plan to spend a lot of time in the room. But other than that a great stay.

We left a pair of £250 airpods, realised 2 weeks later and they kept them for us incase we returned, was very surprised. highly reccomend this place to stay

very beautiful room. I liked the decor and the AC & fridge worked well once you got them going.
No elevator or offer by staff to help carry luggage to 4th floor. The guy who spoke English well was enthusiastically helpful but the rest of the staff were not.
The room looked clean but it probably hadn’t been checked before I got there: fridge was unplugged when I arrived at almost midnight; the ceiling bathroom light worked occasionally and the toilet tank water would forever if you didn’t work to stop it.
It was noisy all night until maybe 4AM every night.

The location was very central with good access to food, however it is located right in the heart of the red light district as well.
The room smelt like cigarette smoke, the bathtub was peeling, and there was an animal of some sort ferreting around inside the walls that kept us awake. As it was located in the red light district, there was constant noise from the street/bars. The beds were also a little hard.

The private room was comfortable and clean
The hotel is located right next to night clubs and they are extremely loud. I couldn’t sleep at all, it felt like I was sleeping inside a dancefloor

There is no bubble bath in the room (and probably also not in general), only a bath tub.
This hotel is in the middle of the prostitution neighbourhood.

The most comfortable beds I have had during my two month trip. Great dorms, super clean and with everything you need and more. The location is convenient to go to the night market or stroll along the riverside. The staff is welcoming and friendly.
The location felt a bit unsafe as a solo female. The Hotel is located in the red light district and you can here the women calling out to men on the street even in the 4th level dorm. Some guys staying there also said that it was uncomfortable walking that street alone as a guy, because the girls constantly try to drag you in the bars. I would still stay here again, cause the facilities were super great, but I would have liked to know more about the exact location of this place before coming here.

the room was so nice and clean and comfortable and the location to get to things was really good.
the location at night is actually in the middle of the strip for bars. the rooms aren’t soundproof so you hear hookers shouting at punters till about 3am each night, also we got our laundry done which was actually quite expensive and when we got it back all our clothes had been marked in blue biro to keep the order together but just wasn’t necessary especially in white clothes.

The room was a bit old school but nonetheless very comfortable with AC. Bathroom was also fine and clean. There is a little view over the Mekong from the balcony although it's not exactly facing the river. The owner was very helpful and kind even if the language barrier was present. What I liked most is that I was able to borrow a bike and ride around the city and the island !
By bike the location is fine, by foot you will need 10 to 15mn to reach nicer spots with restaurants or the pier.

Big beds, free tea/coffee/water
Good WiFi
Top floor with no lift, not fun getting your bags up and down. Very small toilets and shower cubicles. In the middle of a very noisy few streets so on a night it's hard to sleep and it's defo in the 'red light' district of town so I didn't like walking back to the hotel on a night as it was abit iffy

It's a brand new hotel in a central location. The hotel was recently renovated and reopened after Covid-19. So, everything are new and clean. The location is very central being very close to everything. It's just a block away from the river which is a good place for a stroll in the morning and evening with plenty of dining and drinking place. The bed is super comfy. Overall, it's a great choice. I'd definitely stay there again.
nothing to complain in particular.
