It was very easy to meet the person on site to collect the keys. The person walked us to our apartment and showed us what parking spot was available for us to use.

The appartment is very nice and located in a residential area in front of the Yamagushi park. The appartment offered a lot of space, was extremely clean and well equipped with a small terrasse. Parking was available as wll. Perfect for a family stay. The agency staff was very kind and extremely helpful.

The apartment was clean, well furnished. The living space was good. The reception was friendly and kindly walked with us to the car garage to park our car then showed us round the apartment. We had a problem with the cooker and did show empathy but we did realise it was out with receptions control. We chose this apartment as it was close to a park to walk our dogs.

I thought the daily cost for our dogs was excessive €12.00 per pet per day. This cost us €48.00 for two nights. However I did accept this due to the location of the apartment. The final night our cooker did not work. Although the receptionist came out to see the issue. It was something that could not be repaired on the spot. This gave us extra cost of locating a takeaway due to this issue and also lost food we were going to cook. After arriving back from our meal we found a portable cooker left in our absence, but it was too late. It would have helped if we were informed of this before we went out.

Very friendly staff, big apartment, calm neighborhood

The apartment was super spacious with really nice communal space. Comfy beds, quiet location. 25 min walk from the old town, though we were in the area for a show at the Navarre Arena which is why we took accommodation at that end of town. Bars and restaurants within very close walking distance, as well as a nice big park with a play park for kids.

the property is within easy walking distance to the old town. The apartment was very spacious. There are many restaurants and bars within a couple of minutes. There is secure parking and there are no hidden charges. The staff are brilliant and really care, Javier, Raquel and Erika, thank you for being so considerate 👏I have stayed here with our family four times now travelling up and down from jersey to southern Spain and I would not consider anywhere else in Pamplona, 10 out if 10

I liked that there was space in the apartment to walk around and have free space, very comfortable, beautiful view. The location is perfect to walk from place to place, many restaurants to go walking in the afternoons for lunch. Amazing place, highly recommend
