1. The receptionist was polite and helpful, and made the check-in process easy and efficient. 2. The hotel's location is great, and provided convenient access to nearby amenities and attractions. 3. The room was suitable for one person and provided a comfortable space to rest.

1. The room services were quite tough. When I asked for the room to be cleaned, I was told to inquire at the reception, and it was delayed because the staff was cleaning the next room.. 2. There was only one old towel in the toilet, and the washbasin in the kitchen was too smelly and nasty, making it unpleasant to use. 3. The toilet had an unpleasant odor, which made for an uncomfortable experience. 4. The mini-box keypad security was locked, and I was unable to use it during my stay. 5. My previous stay at your hotel was pleasant, and I had high expectations this time as well. Unfortunately, this experience did not meet my expectations. 6. I also noticed that the tissue provided in the room was of low quality and had a bad smell, which made it difficult to use.

I reserve on 17-18 Nov from booking , but I receive massage that I cancelled !? I didn’t cancel and I stay on the hotel !?

I have a bad experience in the room services because the room we got shares A/C with another room, and the other room dislikes cold temperature (19 degrees), they complain to the 2nd shift concierge and this is very annoying specially when you are asleep and they suddenly wakes you up just to inform you to adjust the temperature to 25 degrees and/or turn of the A/C for 1-hour, very absurd!! 2. Rude swimming pool attendant, specially the receptionist and the swimming instructor

1. They have an indoor pool, which is good but very rude attitude of receptionist and the swimming Trainor. 2. The bell boys are very very nice 3. Very near to shopping and restaurants, near the city

Location was superb. Staff was very friendly. Check-in was quick and smooth.. room was clean.

Washrrom amenities were not clean.

Location is ideal but the parking is a bit compromised.

The timer setting of aircondition is on 1 hour. After 1 hour the A/C will shut down. I asked the maintenance to reset the timer which he pretended to fixed but actually not.

Very nice place. Clean and quiet. Friendly staff. Enough space for parking. Gym is available.

There's no close by grocery store.
