Very quiet location, away from the noisy main road. Bedrooms are set back from the building exterior making them extra quiet. Car park is away from the rooms, so other guests leaving early in the morning don't wake you. Likewise, if you're leaving early, you don't have to worry about waking other guests.
No stocked minibar.

I loved the spaciousness of the accommodation, the bed was super comfy and the shower / bathroom facilities were excellent. Cooking facilities were great. I was making a cake for an event I was attending and required an oven - one of the few places I have stayed with full oven.

Overall I am very happy staying at Quest. The one bedroom apartment on ground floor was pretty clean and compact. End to end experience since checkin n checkout was easy. Parking is just outside and there was ample parking available. Eateries/Food courts were very close to Quest which is another plus point.
TV could have Netflix and You Tube for families to enjoy. I couldnt connect to my Netflix as there was some issue with TV/network there.

The parking was insecure and unfenced.

The place was close to most of the tourist spots we needed to visit. We had a pleasant and comfortable stay. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

There is clean service every day
Firstly, my kids were very up set because there was no internet during 4 days we stayed. Staffs always answered that they are going to fix it when we asked them. But at the end there was still no internet.
Secondly, I booked Quest to stay because they advertised that there was gym facilities. But in the fact there was no gym except you pay $10 (voucher) to go to the gym centre in next door if you want.
Thirdly, in the first night there were fault fire alarm in 3 times to wake us up at night and we did not receive any explaination or sorry about this incidents.
