Great location. Clean. Well maintained.

Kitchen knives need to be sharpened or replaced. Downstairs bathroom has a faulty shower head. When the pressure is applied too much the head lifts up and sprays the entire bathroom. Dry room does not handle a full families wet gear. Items were not dry the next morning.

The house was well set out, giving individual guests their privacy when needed. The beds were very comfortable and the water pressure in the showers was amazing. It was in a good location, close to restuarants and the chairlift to the mountain.

There was no parking spot allocated to the house, so we had to find free overnight parking, which was quite a walk from the house. Although the house was comfortable & in a good location, the map used on the website showed the house situated in a completely different area. We booked the house based on the map so we could be close to where our family were staying - we ended up being nowhere near them. One of the kitchen chairs were broken, and there was no hand soap in the dispenser, but other amenities were good.

Great location, spacious for on snow accommodation and mostly equipped, with good size drying room facilities.

It could have been cleaner ( particularly the bathrooms) and the arrival email came on day 3 of the stay.

A few basic items of equipment missing, could have been cleaner (bedroom not well vacuumed), bed made without cover on doona, Instructions for heating and other functions would have been useful.

Excellent location and great novelty with so many stairs 👏

The nature of the house being so tall, hot air rises and the top bedrooms were sooooo hot during the night, whilst bottom bedroom was comfortable. We recommend turning the heater off overnight.
