No hot water in the apartment, it ran out very early on the first night of our two night stay. Also the 4 of us had to share 1 roll of toilet paper over this stay and when asking reception they said we would need to purchase any extra.....really!! Wont be back...

Great location, with a beautiful view of the ocean and well appointed to restaurants and cafes in walking distance.

Some issues with appliances in the property- air conditioners and dishwasher were malfunctioning but the staff were very helpful to rectify the situation.

Loved the proximity to everything

It was quite dirty, stains on couch. The ceiling and walls were dirty with bugs and yellow stains. I did book accomodation because it stated air-conditioning but out of 3 aircons in the premises, none worked at all!

The bed was very comfy and the linen was lovely. The view was good and there was enough seating for 4-6 people. The second bedroom (which we didn't use) would be perfect for children and was appealing in decoration. The bedrooms were of a decent size with sufficient furniture. Air conditioning worked well though my husband had an issue in the middle of the night where the main bedroom remote also turned on the lounge/dining unit. The block-out curtains worked well. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils and crockery etc. and the fridge a decent size for a family. Whilst we didn't use the pool or BBQ areas they looked nice.

The whole apartment looked 'tired' and in need of a spruce up - new paint, carpets cleaned etc. The rug in the lounge/dining area looked out of place and on further inspection we noticed it was hiding a large stain on the carpet, probably a water stain from the air conditioner above. The lounge/couch cushions were stained and would benefit from a good clean. I had to use a bag to keep the entry door open to bring in other luggage as there was nowhere to latch it to on the wall.
