Very Friendly staff. Can’t do enough to help you. Rooms were really clean. Being so hot outside room temp was perfect

No tea or coffee facilities in room. It would be a nice touch

The room is confortable and clean.

The use of the pool is very very expensive. The staff is not diligent and efficient, most of the times there is no one at the reception and we had to ask several times for an extra chair before being attended. We didn't feel welcome and the value for money is very poor.

This is a spa hotel, i’d expect to have relevant information of what was on offer in the room/hotel in general. The lack of information or actual sign posts (laminated A4 stuck to a wall is info, but not 4 star)to the spa/swimming pool was surprising. The fact that no facilities were available without a surcharge was covered in the info about the hotel, however the cost of €19 per person and €17,50 per child to use the swimming pool is a poor pricing point. Again the lack of info still amazes me, having to go to the reception to ask where the swimming pool/spa was is indicative of the weird business model they have there. The breakfast was average, why not provide fresh coffee? serving instant nescafe is never a substitute. It really could be so much more with little effort and this is what really dissappointed us. The location, cleanliness and staff were great, they are let down by the points mentioned above. Such a shame.
