We had an amazing time in Grand Cayman! This condo was perfect for our group of 5 and easily could have held more. Everything we needed was in the condo, so well stocked with kitchen items, linens, etc. if we had any questions, Heidi (one of the owners) was immediately available to help. We rented a car, but if you like to walk, you really can get away without one. Great location to walk to restaurants, grocery stores, coffee shops, etc. I can’t say enough great things about the condo, its owners and the resort it was in. Who doesn’t like the swim up pool bar (and great seating out of the pool too), to get numerous types of drinks, (alcoholic and non), and good food as well. We truly cannot wait for another opportunity to go to Grand Cayman, and I would stay here again!

We were a party of 12 (8 adults and 4 kids between 1 and 5 years old) staying in both of Heidi's units. Having two units next door to each other was incredible. Sunset Cove is THE BEST gem of Cayman (I've stayed multiple times in other units). Location cannot be beat (beach, pool, pool bar, proximity to restaurants, etc.). We had one issue in one of the showers and Heidi had someone come within a few hours and it was resolved! Cannot recommend Heidi's units and Sunset Cove highly enough.

This was a perfect place for us to stay as a family of 5. The enclosed snorkel area was great for first timers and swimming just outside of them we spotted lobster, a barracuda, and a variety of tropical fish. Access to the on site grill/bar was nice when we didn’t feel like driving. Fully stocked kitchen and nearby grocery stores made breakfasts a breeze and less stressful than going out. The gorgeous and huge terrace beckons you to enjoy morning coffee and picturesque sunsets. Heidi is a phenomenal and responsive host.

I can’t say enough good things about this stay! The condo is gorgeous & the amenities are fabulous! We had the best time ever!!! It was everything Heidi said it would be !

The unit was beautiful - just as pictured. The cove was nice for swimming. My only suggestion to make things perfect would be to include some fold-up beach chairs to take out for the day since most places on 7MB don't have them for rent.

We loved the location and the condo was awesome. It was clean and had everything we needed for the week.

Near everything, airport, grocery, restaurants, activities and entertainments. Safe beach for everybody. The pool and the pool bar are a plus. The sunset unbelievable. The only negative point is that they should update the bathrooms in the condo. The housekeeper Jennifer and her team are very helpfull always smiling. The owners let us lots of informations and were easy to rejoin.

Condo was very nice with a kitchen with everything you would need to prepare meals. The porch had the best view - oceanfront - which was fabulous. Property had a pool with a swim up pool bar which was a nice touch and the beach was lovely with ample chaise/umbrellas.

This rental was everything described and more. Access to the water was second to none. Heidi took care of any concerns immediately. The sunsets from the deck were amazing. Highly recommend this property.

This condo was very nice with great views of the ocean. The swim up bar was fun and the food was good also.

We absolutely loved our stay. Heidi was very informative early on, which made us very comfortable upon arriving. The unit is very nice and well equipped, and the view is breath taking. The pool and bar definitely gave us a little party life without leaving the property. So many nice people. I highly recommend visiting this rental.

Our stay was great then only problems was the safe not working. Communication with owner was slow, TV did not work again communication with Heidi delayed. We finally figured out TV after 2 days , router was turned off in a closet. Family members were granted access to Condo when we weren’t there. We just happened to come home and found 4/5people there. Sandy fishing gear on counter where we had food sitting. We did get notice from Heidi but they showed up 15 min after an email which I saw after the fact. Frustrating! Otherwise we had a great time!

Great property: 7 mile beach= restaurants, shopping, & activities, lots of space, on the beach, nicely furnished, clean, beach-bars-pool always had chairs. We will try to visit this condo again. Made some good memories here

The place was better than what I expected - I highly recommend it to others!!

Our stay at #203 was so amazing I don't even know where to start . The views from the huge deck overlooking the ocean are surreal. The condo was spotless and had everything you could imagine and then some. The beds had the most comfortable mattress, sheets and pillows I've ever slept on. The house keeper Jennifer does an amazing job . We had a couple of small issues but Jen was right there to take care of them. The location of this condo is in walking distance or bus ride to anywhere you need to go . We were grateful that there was no need for us to rent a car at all. I hope to return someday in the near future . Thank you Heidi it was a pleasure

It has incredible views, plenty of room, and a perfect place to enjoy your time! We walked almost everywhere and felt very safe. I would highly recommend this property to anyone! My one comment is the front room that holds the queen bed is smaller than the other two rooms, so if you are the one booking choose your room first!! 😉

Part of a flight crew in Georgetown for 8 days and was very pleased with the accommodations. Great location with second story unit facing West beachside. Always a beautiful evening watching the sunset. Walking distance to several nice restaurants and shopping areas. No need for a car with the local bus service. Wish we were still there

Wonderful in ALL aspects. Heidi is so easy to work with and her condo is everything you need and more!! We had 3 couples and had more than enough room. The beds were so comfortable, huge plus, and the condo was equipped with more than we ever needed!! The location is perfect and offered more sand/beach area than most near by. The lagoon was also like your private little ocean :) This was our 2nd visit to the Cayman's and I HIGHLY recommend this condo!!! Wish we were still there!

We really enjoyed the property, access to the Margaritaville amenities was a bonus. We will be back.

This Condo made our stay in the Grand Caymon Perfect! The views were amazing! Very well furnished with every amenity you could ask for. And walking distance to several very good restaurants! Communication with the owners was very easy and We highly recommend this condo.

I took my two daughters and a friend each to the Cayman's staying in this beautiful condo. Great set up for the five of us, plenty of room when we wanted to escape the hot sun for a bit, or just enjoy the view from the massive deck...also a perfect place for these girls to be taking their glam photos!!! Heidi made my first VRBO experience a very easy one, and she was great to work with and helped with all my questions, plus sent me great suggestions on restaurants and places to shop. We didn't have a bad meal all week, and almost every night got to enjoy the sunset while having dinner. We had the ability to set up an account, or dummy room at Margaretville, and that made things easy like buying food at the outdoor swim up bar and restaurant 5 O'clock Somewhere. Also made us feel like we were at a resort being able to enjoy the pools, restaurants, and awesome secluded swim area in the ocean. I recommend the helicopter ride to get a bird's eye view of the island and also very cool to fly over the people and boats at Stingray City, which we did visit later on in the week, must do if you have never. The island is beautiful, we always felt safe and welcome by everyone, and most of the taxi drivers to get around the island were fun characters. What a fantastic week, there will certainly be a trip back in the future!!!

We couldnt have been happier with our stay at this lovely condo. IMO the photographs used do not do it justice. The beds are super comfortable (something that is always a major question for us when doing a rental like this). We had a small issue with the AC but they got someone out there immediately and it was solved within hours. The kitchen is fully equipped and the grocery store is a short walk down the road so you can enjoy making your own meals if that is your preference (with 3 small children - 5, 3 and 5 months - we use this option often) but there are SO MANY great restaurants within short walking distance that you can step out and get a meal quite easily. Having the Margaritaville hotel adjacent is also a great plus because you share the same pool(s) which means that you arent as isolated as you can be sometimes when renting a condo. Lots of other kids for our kids to make friends with. Another positive is the proximity to Camana Bay development (about a 10 minute walk up and across the road). This has all the trappings of any large scale, class A mixed use development you would seen in any modern, western city - like nothing I have seen elsewhere in the Caribbean. During the day it has some cool stores/shopping and the kids LOVED the water fountain splash pads. At night, the lighting turns highly romantic and the restaurants are open - great options. If I were to search out for a negative thing to say I would focus on the quality of the beach - its quite rocky and broken-coral-y at the beach that is right outside the condo. When the wind is laid down the water is clearer so you can avoid the rocks when walking out in the 'lagoon' so that its less of an issue. When the wind was up, we threw the kids in the stroller and walked up the road about a 1/4 mile and used one of the public beach access points to find stretches of SMB that had 0 rock/coral issues. Overall I give this rental my strongest possible endorsement and couldnt have been happier with the time our family spent together on this trip - truly the reason why we work hard is to have experiences like this with our kids! The condo is absolutely beautiful and well maintained. Heidi Was a wonderful host with great response with all of my questions and needs. The location was in the center and walking distance to wonderful local restaurants, grocery stores, activities and the resort Margaritaville. Inside the condo Heidi provided more than expected from beach towels to drawers filled with everything that you would need for in-house cooking. Myself and my family had a wonderful Time waking up to hearing the ocean water and seeing the wonderful views and of course the gorgeous sunset. Cannot thank you enough for your hospitality and definitely be back next year !!

My husband and I shared the condo with two other couples and had a wonderful stay in the Cayman Islands. We would highly recommend this unit. The property is great and so is the island. The porch facing the ocean is a treat for coffee in the morning and a drink in the evening. Thinking of returning next year.

Amazing beach and multiple pools! The condo was clean and very well stocked. We enjoyed having Margheritaville next door and the help of their concierge. Very convenient for catching taxis/buses. Close to everything we wanted but quiet and relaxing. Heidi was very helpful with suggestions for tours and grocery/liquor store prep (both within an easy walk). Thank you for an amazing girls trip!!

Just spent 7 days at this great condo with the family - daughter son-in-law and 2 grandsons (15 & 17). Kitchen is very well equipped (had breakfast and lunch at condo most days). Loved sitting on porch looking out on the ocean with a cup of morning coffee. Very relaxing away from crowds on 7 Mike Beach. Easy walk on beach to get there if you wanted to. Loved the cove to swim in.
