The location of the hotel is very good, it is in a central but quiet place. 10 minutes walk from the center. It has own parking, which was very practical for us.

the location is perfect. a quiet neighborhood but close to everything. the staff is incredible helpful and friendly and you can park the car which is not common. the reception is 24h open and the door always closed which makes it feel very safe.

Everything is perfect but bit expensive for the price

The location is great and safe, close to the Boboli Gardens and because Florence is so small, it doesn't take more than 20 minutes to walk to other places from this location. The bed was very comfortable and the breakfast was great

Rooms on the city side facing the square could be noisy at night. Struggled to sleep the first night due to street cleaning and recycle trash removal.

Very special and authentic place in an old convent, with tranquil garden in the heart of Florence. There was no luxury, but everything was provided. 24 hours service. There are lots of restaurants and cafes in the neighbourhood.

Very clean and roomy apartment in historic building with a small garden. Good breakfast. Perfect location nearby the historic centre of Florence.

Every staff member that greeted us was very friendly and helpful. The rooms are basic but very spacious, everything is comfortable and it's very clean. The breakfast at the nearby cafe was delicious. Easy to walk anywhere from here.

This was an excellent location with on-site parking and in an historic building. The staff were always helpful and friendly.

The bedroom facilities were basic, but comfortable enough until the building work started at 7.30am.

was a bit cold in the room they heated the room with air conditioner and the floor is really cold because is old but the staff were amazing and the location as well recommended

The stay was really wonderful. It definitely exceeded my expectations. me and my family stayed there for 2 nights. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful for suggesting good restaurants and tourist spots. There were quite a lot of good restaurants to enjoy the traditional tuscany food nearby. The breakfast coupons were provided from the reception and could use it in the bakery at the corner which was really a wonderful place. The beds were really comfortable and the bathrooms were renovated. The bathroom had only the shower, not the hand shower, which could have been included. The rooms were kept really neat and cosy. We really enjoyed out stay.

We chosee this place because of it's location which is extremely central for historic Firenze attractions, all within 15 to 35mins walk. We opted to park the car in their space which was quite a value for money and convenient. Breakfast offered at a small family business around the corner which is superb.
