Great location less than 5 minutes walk to the square. It is easy to find. What i liked most is the comfortable bedding and the quiet room. I was on 2nd floor and there is no elevator but Julian the receptionist was very helpful and brought it up for us but people with mobility issues need to be aware. There is breakfast in the morning which is varied and buffet style and a good coffee is served. WiFi was great also. Recommended.

The staff are very friendly and eager to be helpful. The room is fine, though some little things would improve it [see other section]. There is a smart TV in the room which can play You Tube or your streaming services if you log into them. There is a refrigerator. The room has good black out curtains and there was no disturbing street noise. The breakfast is excellent. You help yourself to the food at the buffet. There are eggs, crepes, feta cheese, sliced hard cheese, some sort of deli meat slices, pickled cucumbers and peppers, olives, cucumbers, tomato, various fruits, .5% fat yogurts, excellent preserves, a Nutella type spread, white and whole wheat bread and croissants. They take your order for coffee or tea and it's brought to you. Cappuccinos are one of the choices.

There is no safe in the room, so if that is a requirement for you go elsewhere. Also if you use hair conditioner or body/hand lotion bring your own. We wanted to be environmental but there is no "Do Not Disturb" sign so we told them we didn't need our room serviced/cleaned. We returned to find that they had replaced all of the towels and even changed the sheets. I had left my towel clipped onto a hanger to dry so it should have been obvious that I intended to reuse it. Oh well- we tried. Some small inconveniences: There is no soap dish or shelf in the shower to put the soap or little shampoo and body wash bottles so they must be placed on the floor. There is nowhere to put the toilet paper roll either. They leave it for you on the sink edge - where it could get soaked if you keep it there [There is a douche though for those who don't use toilet paper]. There is only one available electrical outlet but it is conveniently located beside the bed. There were only three hangers and no hooks (this doesn't matter to us as we have our own travel hangers).

The staff was so kind and friendly! We had a small problem with the AC, and they came right away and fixed it. We loved the design, how clean and nice it was! If I ever come to Tirana again, I'll most likely stay with them again!

A perfect host! Hotell Freddy's staff is so friendly and kind. We will return to Albania and Tirana some other year, and we will always chose Freddy's again, The hotell is located near the centrum and has a lot of restaurants (Oda), museums and shops. If you like Albanian culture go to the town of Elbasan and visit Taverna Kala! The best!!!

Everything was great. The location is right in the heart of everything you want to see in Tirana. Our room was clean and bright and so comfortable.

Staff is super friendly and helpful, making you feel very welcome. Good choice for breakfast and super clean. Very central, great value for money accommodation.

Our room was very small, we stayed only two nights (one at the beginning and one at the end of our holiday) so it wasn't a big deal but for longer periods could become a bit difficult. Shower was a walk-in shower, which is nice and modern, but you need big spaces for that otherwise you'll flood the whole bathroom which is what happened to us at every shower.

Freddy's Hotel is in a top location, only a couple of mins from Tirana's main Skanderbeg Square but in a quiet side street with little traffic. It is within easy walking distance of most of the central Tirana attractions. Each member of staff was friendly and welcoming. My room was spotless and newly re-furbished, with a comfortable bed with quality bedding, a nice modern bathroom and very strong wi-fi. The bed was made every day and towels and toiletries replaced with new each day, even though I was there only 3 nights. Breakfast was self-service, was very varied, was of good quality and as a bonus offered plenty of fresh fruit. I found Freddy's hotel to be comfortable, well-located, immaculately clean and outstanding value for money. Highly recommended and I'll definitely be returning!

EVERYTHING!! it is not a regular 3 star hotel, it is a hidden gem!! starting from the staff (Juljan, Gessa, and Freddy himself). Friendly and down to earth staff. My room was spacious and so cozy. Breakfast was amazing and the location of the hotel was the best!!
