Pittolongu is a small town with about 5 shops and 8-10 restaurants on the beach or nearby.
The apartment is 400m from the beach and close to a small supermarket and handful of those restaurants.
The apartment is modern, clean but fairly spartan and basically furnished.
There are two air conditioning units which worked very well.
The communication with the agency was excellent. The instructions were clear.
The pool is a good size and clean. The gardens were well very maintained. There is a parking space for each of the 5 apartments.

The garden and the pool are very nice. Location is great.
Staying 11 days without any cleaning offered is far from ideal. The Wifi works very poorly, only fine in the garden. The beds were terribly uncomfortable but they changed the mattress and fixed it

Our villa was really lovely. Inside was everything we needed, it was like a home from home but with a hotel feel. Everything was very clean and tidy. All contactless entry to villa compound and villa were all really well explained, we had absolutely no trouble finding the villa late at night in the dark and found everything we needed to get in very easily with good instructions. The place felt very safe for my children as there was only one way in/out that was gated and locked at all times. The pool was very clean when we arrived and was cleaned during our stay too. The beds were so comfy and extra blankets were provided too. The rooms were spacious and it was great having both a bathroom and en suite. The villa is really close to a shop; within walking distance and also within walking distance of a really lovely beach with amazing clear water, amazing for snorkelling. We hired a car from the airport and got to the villa in 15 minutes, everything is close enough but not right in a town so still has that lovely village feel.
That I only booked one week! Haha!

there were no mirrors in the bedrooms, only one of the two bedrooms had A/C, not enough electrical sockets in the kitchen

overall nothing but furniture is a little tired and old fashioned. better shelves in the bathroom and big glasses to drink from.

The apartment was basic but just what we needed. The pool area was lovely and it was only a short walk to the beach.
Having not been to the area before, it was a bit dissapointing that there wasn't a lot ariund the area like shops etc. We had a car for the whole week which we would have been lost without.

Lovely gardens, extremely peaceful, very nice, clean well maintained pool. Apartment was very clean & bed was comfy. Nice manager and wife, thank you for letting us stay back later as it made all the difference to the end of the holiday. Close to Olbia - go see its lovely. Many beaches close by. Pizza take away at bottom of road very popular. Sardinia no one speaks much English, not a problem for us its not touristy at all, just what we wanted.
Our bed was very tight fitting to the wall, hard to get out of. The shower was very small if you are a big person you'd struggle to get in and out. No TV it had 4 channels i.e. Al Jazeera! Nowhere inside comfortable to sit. The sofa bed was uncomfortable and if in use you would have to take the table and chairs out of the kitchen! Really only accommodated four people.
