Little more road noise than expected

Leaving was a welcomed experience

Room wasn’t very clean and no hot water available for both night and morning showers.

Location, number of beds

Top bunks couldn’t be used, the beds were too old and unstable. The water pressure was non existent. No sound proofing from the highway. Air con in bedroom didn’t work. Using a switch in the kitchen made all the lights flicker. The air con in kitchen was incredibly noisy

Very little

Internet was non existent, television selection was poor, furnishing were very dated and in average condition. The worst thing was the highway noise was very load and continued for the whole night. There was no double glazing or any other measures to combat the noise.

Location was great room was clean and tidy

The noise was very bad, kids and adults were yelling and screaming late into the night. There was a very bad smell in our room like stagnate water. We ordered room service from their restaurant which was lovely however you had to go downstairs to order it

Large room and a really nice pool. I think it was heated but either way it was a very nice temperature. Right next door to the big banana. The room was very clean

Room was old, bathroom sink leaked cause it was all cracked, coffee cup was dirty, layer of dust on bedside tables and smell when we opened the door. Oh and one of the pillows smelt of cigarette. We should of asked for the Delux room, the ones that have been updated already.

Only the traffic but that's unavoidable as it's on the main road.

The receptionist kept trying to up-sell me a room that was not suitable for pets. She knew I had pets and she kept offering me a more expensive room that didn't allow pets. She did it more than twice. The pet friendly rooms are not pet friendly. The incredibly small outdoor space is easily accessed from both sides and eventually leads out to carpark access. The barrier is a less than 1m bit of lattice proped up at either side of a small courtyard. Also the bathroom was out of shampoo and conditioner, and the tub was cracked and stained

A bus and car and trailer parked across our parking spot outside our room which happened to be a disability room as we requested which made things hard for us

Friendly staff members, they upgraded my room without me asking for. the room in downstairs( room 8) was clean and spacious with 4 beds and big TV.

The price of the room

The room was extremely noisy from road traffic. The room we stayed in was very old and not clean. A dirty teaspoon was sitting in the cubboard, I had to wash everything down. When we opened the door, the room was damp, the top sheet on the bed was very damp from the humidity and the air con was off, the room was very dated. I returned the dirty spoon to reception upon departure.
