The view was great - looking over Macquarie Harbour. We also saw the West Coast Wilderness Train leave each morning along with the boats doing the Gordon River trips.

The steps up to the accommodation were a surprise but manageable. Would not suit a wheelchair.

Its a good location overlooking the bay.

Bathroom door was broken

Near to wilderness railway station. very convenient. near to supermarket. They change towel and clear rubbish which most holiday home don’t.

kitchen utensils rather old. simple accommodation.

Excellent location and great views. Across the road from scenic railway. Very friendly and helpful staff. Food availability close buy, even under stress from Covid related staff shortages.

This is a long established property so looking a bit tired but still very enjoyable with rustic charm of its own.

We had a great stay at the Regatta point Holiday Villas Great value for money The staff were super friendly and very helpful We stayed in a 2 bedroom villa that had separate lounge room/fully equiped kitchen and bathroom Small tv in the lounge room Beds were comfy The best part was the location, it is directly across the road from the Westcoast wildnerness railway and a very quiet part of town We had lovely views of the water out the front windows Theres a nice grassy area out the front of the villas with benches and tables if you want to eat outside Plenty of free parking available near the villas

location great for Railway trip and very close to Boat for Gordon River Cruise

ok for cabin accommodation, everything we needed, very small bathroom but, it was a cabin & it was quite spacious in bedroom & living area

Location was good. Local restaurant for dinner was fine

The place is old but very clean. Bed comfortable. Staff very friendly and helpful. Food in the Tavern was great.

Location across the road from the West Coast Wilderness railway station which is a big attraction to do in Strahan. Lovely view across Macquarie Harbour to the Strahan township. Short walking distance into town on a great walking trail. The restaurant was very good also.

We enjoyed our stay at Regatta Point Tavern very much. One thing which could be improved is the shower in our cabin which was very difficult to regulate - although we managed to master it.
