Breakfast and dinner options were good. The location is nice. Front desk staff were very helpful. The waitress at dinner shift was great.

Dinner took awhile to arrive, but I believe it was due to being short staffed. Food was otherwise delicious!

The hotel provided complimentary spumante and a cheese platter on arrival. They also served breakfast in the room at no additional charge. The view from the room was amazing.

The only thing I didn't like was having to leave. Everything exceeded my expectations.

The hotel offers a very good infrastructure and its facilities are very well mantained. Service is good and staff very friendly and helpful too. Overal decoration and design is of good taste. Elegant from the inside and it offers a large parking space accessible from the back street.

Its location is at the very end of the Cabo Branco beach. However it is not a too bad feature at all.

The property it’s really good located, beach front, has a good size bedroom. The staff, front desk, cleaning and restaurant were friendly and helpful.

The directions to the garage wasn’t clear, and we went a different entrance also with the name Cabo Branco, we almost had a problem with our car because of that. They need put some lights on the garage entrance and a name. The first day we arrived was around 6-7 pm and we went a room in the first floor, after 20 minutes I started sneezing, I’m allergic to moldy, I went outside to see the view, which it’s beautiful and the way back to the room, I was with white spots in my clothes and face. We didn’t think about the curtains. In the day after in the morning, I was already feeling my eyes burning, I took my medication and blame the weather for that. Later on, we find out that all the curtains in the room was full of moldy(see picture) I showed it to the clean lady, she tried to give some solutions and we also talked with front desk. They moved us to another room and the curtains were clean, but I can’t stop thinking about they could rent this same room to someone with allergies again. Looks like the hotel have only a few irons, none in the rooms permanently, we need to call downstairs 2 times for “borrow” the iron to ironing our clothes. We went the pool area one afternoon to find out that all the pillows from the sofas around the deck was being used for only one guest, in the last day in our stay we give a try to the pool area again, we stayed there between 9:30-11:30 and the entire area of sofas and chairs don’t have cushions/pillows, a couple of dirt dishes in the sink, we had the impression that the place was closed, but had guests wonder around looking for some comfort and they had none, they have a camera pointed to this area, but nobody went upstairs to straight the place up at all. The breakfast has almost the same food everyday, for long stays it will may not work out. The hotel needs better management. We will not stay there again.
