Brilliant breakfast and the most comoftable room. Had an excellent stay here and would highly recommend this hotel as the staff and facilities were amazing!

Ook de welness beneden is supermooi. (Geen gebruik van gemaakt omdat het 30 Gr was.)
1 dame aan de receptie was zeer onvriendelijk!

Fantastic facilities, with extremely proficient staff who were very kind and welcoming. The staff at breakfast were excellent.
There were a couple of small things broken in our room - such as the blinds and a plug - but these are minor. Everything else was excellent.

I normally hate hotels with carpet in the rooms, but this place was so clean that I did not notice it was carpet until the second night.
you are given voucher to a a secret treat to a spa. when you go to claim it, you have to buy a full service to retrieve a 15 minute treatment at the end of the full price treatment.
I booked a full massage and was told I would get the 15 min treatment. when I came back in the evening, they had not booked in the extra 15 mins and were not able to offer it as they had a booking straight after mine.
cocktails are really expensive, 15€ + you are definitely paying for the service and not the drink.

The Breakfast was superb, the staff very hospitable and the hotel facilities were excellent and immaculate!!

Breakfast choice was excellent.
The service was a little slow in general.
Guests from another hotel were allowed use of the pool which meant that we had to wait for beds - this seems unfair as the pool area is not that big.

location is a bit far from downtown, but this also makes it more quiet!

I had been many times to the spa of this hotel (which is brilliant) and decided to book my Christmas stay with them. Best decision ever! The hotel is fantastic and the Christmas decorations were lovely. The rooms are big, bright and spacious (we got the one facing the river) and the entire hotel is very clean and well taken care of. We had an unfortunate fire during Christmas and the hotel promptly helped finding accommodation for my family (and even exceptionally our cat) due to the severity of the circumstances and time of the year. I am forever grateful and I have no words to thank the kindness of the staff. The breakfast is one of the best I ever had in Lisbon as well - with a lot of variety and accommodating for people with dietary restrictions. I will pick this hotel every time I travel to Lisbon again!
