Breakfast selections was very poor

Breakfast the rooms also there were no dinner or bar

very well located in the most interesting part of the town, nice terrace top with a decent swimming pool. Very good price/value, large room and good general conditions

the breakfast was a bit too basic, apart from that, nothing really.

The room is remote, the suitcase must be carried up the stairs..

The room had a very bad smell of Tobacco , as non smokers we could not sleep in there . The mattress also was in a very bad condition with springs digging into your back . It was a terrible room that did not deserve even a 2 star rating and also they refused to give our money back even though we didn't stay in it and they had no other rooms to allocate to us . Honestly terrible experience

Location really good, close to restaurants and port.

I reserved twin bedroom and made a request for the room to be close, as I was travelling with 2 kids... in short we were placed in different floors and the reception was very rude to us when we tried to explain/change the rooms... Also bathroom not properly clean and it doesnt look like the pictures in website.

We really enjoyed the whole experience, from the greeting to departure the staff was extremely helpful and friendly. We celebrated an anniversary and the team really went above and beyond to make it special for us. The facilities are amazing and spotless clean, from rooms, restaurants and swimming pool. We really recommend it to anyone visiting Zakhyntos Town. Amazing experience, thank you!

The roof top restaurant was lovely with great views and went out of their way to find a candle to celebrate my daughters bday!

the breakfast was not good. you expect more from a four star hotel

Fresh fruits at breakfast. The peak of this hotel is definitely the rooftop pool. Great positioning.

The rooms were cleaned only on request and the cleaning was always incomplete (linen was not always changed) Breakfast was the same for 7 days. Extremely dim bathroom light. Some bedbugs were found. We paid for the view of the street but I received a room on the side of the hotel without a view and with an extremely narrow balcony. The reception cannot offer solutions for mosquitoes, you will have to buy from the market. There is no transfer to the airport, the reception will only call a taxi for you. For this high rate and prestige of the hotel, these accommodation conditions are very overrated.
