The staff and location was just perfect. The resort is secluded so if you need peace and quiet, no loud parties and drunk adults, this is a great place. I was very disappointed with the rooms and facilities being really old. The quality really does not match the price. If the resort was with half board maybe. I would probably come again though because the resort is located on the beach very close to playa Bonita where you can just walk in few minutes. The staff was so much nicer than anywhere we stayed in Dominican Republic. Also, there’s no people on the beach trying to sell you stuff. That was really appreciated. No loud music at night. Food was ok but pricey. I would give 3,5* out of 5 only for location, staff and the fact there is a tennis court and table tennis which was really appreciated!

The pool needs more attention the staff explain need to have a better understanding of the property policy we have a-lot of miss understanding with where you where able to drink or where you can have a cooler the property is not all inclusive and the don’t allow you to have a cooler anywhere in the property it’s okey but this needs to be better explained .

Most of the staff was super friendly, breakfast was very good. Good spot on a beautiful beach

A lot of things were not working in the room and after asking 3 times it was still not fixed. Also water pressure and water being fully shut off quite a few times it’s not the most pleasant situation.
