clean comfortable room, the complimentary items are a good idea, good location to town

the bathroom even though functional was a little tight

The little extras snacks and wine were a great surprise, well done Wynhamere!!!

Staff were pleasant, bed was comfortable.

Room was musty, no hot water, water pressure ridiculously low, dirty walls, curtains ripped, crockery not washed properly. Bathroom was different to photos when booking. Badly cracked vanity basin. Rust in shower. Handle missing from drawers. Reception not open on checkout at 8.30am. Definitely not 4 star. Won't be back.

Well presented place and staff were friendly. The place was very clean wit great amenities in the motel room. They even have free laundry services

good location ..decent size rooms ...decent size bathroom ...front office person was very friendly ...generally clean and tidy and pretty comfortable

probably want to look at the tray that the shampoo...body wash etc in the shower and replace ...its a bit average

Perfect size for an overnight family stay, beautiful clean pool, beds were super comfy and they left us some complimentary chips, waters and a bottle of wine. We loved this! Thank you!

it was close to work and clean and tidy

the room had a weird smell like sewage to it and the parking wasn’t directly in front of my room

Pool was nice. Rooms were ok but very overpriced for what you got.

The rooms were so noisy. You can hear your neighbours and traffic and everything going on in Shepparton. Very poorly insulated. There was a hoon meet up for a lot of locals at 11pm in the hotel car park - music, yelling, revving engines. No action by hotel to move them on - although a couple of guests tried to. What a nightmare! When they finally moved on they just hooked around the block over and over again - again no insulation to block out any noise. They had a toaster etc in room but no butter knives or plates etc. Amenities in room were very poor for price you were paying. No internet. Could not use the Netflix etc on tv just local channels.

bed was great. bathroom great. spa was good. Large TV.

The tv had poor reception, no subtitles for hearing it impaired. no extras on tv service.

The room was spacious and clean. The restaurant was exceptional. Food very tasty and well presented.

Shame there were no pictures on the walls!!
