Great location and Claude was just so welcoming. Highly recommend this property.

Very friendly and helpful hostess, amazing quirky venue all in medieval style, comfortable bed, good heating system, modern high quality shower and bathroom fittings, good breakfast, location perfect for exploring town, free parking 50m away by arrangement with hostess.

Low level lighting in bedroom made reading hard but this was to preserve medieval atmosphere. You can't have it all!!

The room was really big with a high bed that you would almost need a ladder. Ĺocation is perfect just inside the old town. Parking near the gate is perfect and hotel will give a plaque, so it is free of charge. You are already almost at the top so there is no long uphill to reach the interesting parts of town. There is not that much choice for breakfast, but nevertheless it is good.and the bread served was the best we have had on our stay so far in France. And important to mention is the friendliness of the lady running the hotel

Don't book through booking.com. If you book straight with the hotel you will safe a few Euros. There is a sign at the reception and also in the room.

Excellent location, the owners were very kind and helpful. The room (for 3) was spacious and new shower on the bathroom. Staying there was like to be back on time with modern facilities in the room.

Excellent hotel at the top of this beautiful town. The host was delightful and we had lots of laughs. She was very accommodating of our attempts at speaking French and provided good direction for dinner and sites. Breakfast was delicious.

Wifi was weak in our room, but there was a sitting area just outside our door that had very strong reception.

As somewhere from which to explore one of the most complete C14 towns in France, this would be hard to beat. In addition, the pain au chocolat and croisson this morning were the best I've had for a long time.
