The size and location. The furnishing is just right.

Tile work finishing must be better The bathroom exhaust is very noisy Shower drain was slow, so soapy water is slippery.

Location is very convenient. Many choices available in walking distance. Close to many restaurants, several grocery stores and a variety of other stores /businesses. Close to the airport. Units are very spacious. A full kitchen is ideal for long stays but even for short stays. Bathroom is also very spacious and lots of counter space.

Furnishings need to be replaced in the units. Drapery has served its time and needs to be replaced updated. Quite some noise to the back of the hotel (fighting / mating cats). Front desk can be opened earlier than it does presently. Guest may needs some practical assistance prior to departure / heading out for the days activities.

it was close to the beach and a lot of nice places to eat with good food. They room itself was very big and the kitchen with dishes was a plus.

It is outdated compared to the Simpson bay resort I stayed at last time. The WiFi wasn’t that good and the tv the living room was small and there are no TVs in the bedroom.

as I walked into the room there was a thick dirty smell. there was stains on the pillow case and the room looked nothing like the pictures. the bed was on wheels and the mattress had plastic on it. very disappointed so I walked straight back to reception and asked for a refund. hopefully the money will reflect soon

Location was good, and the staff 2 brothers were great. We had issue with safe, the desk clerk came right away and ended up changing it immediately. Very pleasant and helpful.

The facilities are dated need upgrading.

The AC works perfect ! Very cold for the Sunny island. The area is perfect ! You have everything at walking distance (5min). The room is very spacious and the furnished just like at your home. The staff is wonderful. Very helpful and friendly.

The furniture need to be upgraded . Maintenance for the doors. With a baby the creaks are very loud, you need to lift the door to close it or open softly.

Location was great, easy to walk to the beach and stores. Great prices for the hotel.The staff was friendly and I like that security was on the property.

My refrigerator in my room was rusty on the outside, the curtains in the living room and bedroom area was very outdated.
