Staff was very responsive and eager to help. They are very professional and made my brief stay quite productive.

This hotel is in a great location. The staff were friendly and gave me early check-in. They have a laundry room which was really handy. A lot of food locations within walking distance.

Very comfortable. Professional and warm service. Perfect location - just 200 m from Maidan. Apartment has everything necessary both for either family trip or for business. It was very pleasant that there is no economy on additional things as shampoo, shower gel, body lotion, bathrobes etc. Administrator shared with us umbrellas under request. We spent really good time in Senator. Thanks!

Probably one thing that there were no internal parking place. It was busy and we need to park on paid parking. But they warned us in advance.

The location by far is the best about this hotel.

The staff were nice, but I would say not experience because they should have been more flexible with the customers when they ask for anything that not very important to give as a gift at least.

Location and breakfast

They didn't clean the room and refilled the bottle of water to the room automatically. And they only gave 1 bottle eventhought there were 2 tenants in the room. They added at the end after we asked.
