beautiful, very clean, lovely staff, lovely breakfast, amazing views, nice walk down to the beach and marina (be very careful if it’s raining, the whole place is tiled and like a ice rink )

hard to get to , if you wanted to walk home you had to rush back from your evening meal as gate closed at 11pm and impossible to get taxi, also we arrived on same day as a wedding and felt like we were intruding and room wasn’t ready on arrival

the lift doesn’t reach all floors, breakfast was served in your room and you had to choose what to have the night before.

AMAZING view!!! Room was very nice and clean with a private balcony with a panoramic view of Vietri Sul Mare and the beach. Breakfast was okay but it could have more options. Very friendly staff too. Also it was good and safe that the back door was locked.

One of the receptionist was rude and was difficult to communicate since she didn’t speak english. (other receptionist and the waitress was very friendly and their english was perfect).

Wonderful view of the Salerno Bay. The room was tastefully decorated and clean. A large balcony with table and chairs.

The staff were indifferent bordering on rudeness. There was much confusion about allocating our room. The first room we were taken to the staff couldn't open the door, then we were told that our room had been given to a visiting politician. The entrance to the hotel is down a flight of stairs with a locked door at the bottom. Difficult to negotiate for elderly people with suitcases. Another flight of stairs down leading to a miniature lift. No shampoo in the room, only body wash, not what you would expect from a four star (obviously self certified) hotel. During our stay there was a party with loud music until two in the morning which was compounded by the moving of furniture (chairs and tables scraping on the floor). Getting to sleep was challenging to say the least. On arrival we were were told that the restaurant was closed, presumably because of the party, and that breakfast would be served in the room, not in the dining room. We were asked what we wanted for breakfast and were given something else.

Internet needs work - top floor is fine, lower floors (where rooms are located) was not good.

The hotel claims its 10 minutes walk, however it's actually 25 minutes along narrow mountain roads. The bed had stains on and the bathroom wasn't completely clean. The breakfast was stale sweet food, so I requested fruit for the next morning. If you want anything you have to directly ask staff, instead of having services expected at a 4 star hotel. I asked the staff about bus times, and one of the staff was nice and wrote down the times. However, the staff aren't fully informed about buses and where to buy tickets.
