Very Accommodating and Comfortable.

The Premises Security is very good and secure.

Location is absolutely spot-on.

We arrived to an intimidating reception. The 2 woman on reception started sniggering and laughing. When I asked them what they found funny, they disappeared backstage to share their joke so I may never know what it is about me that caused such a reaction. I checked to see if I had grown horns! A pleasant young man then came to check us in. The room my friend and I were given was not as depicted on the website. At no point was I told that 2 double beds would be one double and a pull down sofa in the kitchen, next to a fridge that talked all night. The mechanics of this bed creaked with every turn. The mattress, thin. The pillows lumpy. The dining area, so beautifully depicted online, was a table with one chair (no room for two) placed next to the toilet. This had to be moved into the living space but since we mostly ate out, we didn't bother.. I did ask for a change of room but the only one available was no better. I have stayed at Appart'City Gare Cathedrale on several occasions and accept that its bland functionality and soulless personality is offset by its price and its closeness to Amiens' centre, but it has really taken a slide downhill towards being depressing and shabby. There is one definite upside, in that the breakfast was exceptionally good value for money with a wide choice of food. Sorry Appart'City but my expectations of the warm welcome I have received in the past from the delightful Emily and her team was dashed from the moment I stepped into reception.

The location is excellent for a short walk to the cathedral and restaurants. Breakfast was very nice. Rooms were clean.

I did not received the opening code on time after booking I stay about 30 minutes before seeing someone to open the door and the phone number of the hotel is not from Amiens Appart City because is someone from Appart City Lille that responding on phone

Entrance was on the second floor so a little tricky to locate.

Broken window in my daughters bedroom with piece of broken glass still wedged in the window, near to the hole so jagged glass there. Floor tiles very unstable, you could pick one up completely and mocve it away. Spoke to reception but b=nothing was done although we were there for 2 nights. Broken window not even sealed

We were delayed and arrived after midnight but the receptionist couldn’t have been kinder and more helpful. We had a comfortable apartment for 5 of us which was quiet and clean. Breakfast was great.

The hotel let us use one room instead of two which was appreciated (we are a family of 2+2).

The photos of the hotel on booking.com don't reflect the (sadly) more disappointing reality. The rooms were clean and spacious but had an unpleasant smell to them. The sofa had holes in it. I asked for two rooms to be close together and we got one on floor 1 and the 2nd on floor 9. The breakfast choice was disappointing (we arrived at 10am and it was supposed to last until 10.30am, perhaps earlier time would have been better). We wouldn't stay here again for the price we paid I sincerely hope there are better choices out there!

Nice and clean! great location, easy access to everything that is worth seeing in Amiens :) parking spaces near the location are cheap/free , pet tax is good value :)

Great central location. Apartment style with small kitchen including fridge & microwave.

Apartment style rather than a hotel set up so we did not get daily housekeeping (fresh towels etc) during our short stay but I think you can probably arrange.

Breakfast was very poor. It was really hot in the room and no AC or fan available. We both didn’t sleep. The staff spoke none or very broken English. Nobody was around to check in and waited for 30 min before we saw a person in the building.

Close proximity to the train station and city center for the Rederie; spacious room with kitchen

Met the needs for our trip. Large spacious apartment. Within walking distance of nice restaurants and bars, situated by the river.

Shower and toilet needed a better clean. We purchased a cleaning product, to go over it prior to use. Had to ask for a kettle. Hairdryer broken. Situated on a very busy junction
