The location was perfect and the view from our “square” window was perfect as well
The pillows weren’t covered and the pillow had brown stains in it, the bathroom didn’t have a lock on it and the other bed was also with stains in it and wasn’t even a bed but a couch instead of it

The room was a bit too dark and poorly decorated, the bathroom was a strange set up with no view. The host was great! and breakfast even better. Great location!

The room (studio) was centrally located in Zadar Old Town, and everything of interest was within easy reach. The room was quirky, with platform beds, super comfy sofa our dog loved and a kids' bed on top of the bathroom (they had to reach it via a sliding ladder - no end to their joy and enchantment!). Immaculately clean.
Karlo, the hotel manager, escorted us to the accommodation (from the reception) and gave us a mini tour of Zadar Old Town - he's clearly very knowledgeable and passionate about his job. He really made us feel very welcome, including our dog!
We're already planning our next visit!
Since the studio is in an old historical building, a bit of a smell in the bathroom is too be expected. The ventilation was noisy.

The location was incredible and we were there for Easter mass. We heard all of the mass on speakers and the bells were beautiful. Parking was very easy since it was a holiday. We left early for Plitvice the next morning and they were kind enough to make us sandwiches since we were going to miss breakfast. The room was large with a kitchen and a beautiful view. The gelato place downstairs is a plus. The room was very clever and efficient with its furniture and they made the most of the space while offering comfort and space.

The location was convenient and right across from a significant landmark in Zadar Old town. The room was spacious and had a good number of electric outlets. Karlo, the host, was quick to respond and very accommodating.

The room was tidy and the location was superb - when church bells gently wakes you up, you know it's gonna be a good holiday. We got super friendly service and a lot of good tips. The city is wonderful, you walk anywhere in the old town within minutes. We also rented a car to see Nin, serpentine roads and headed to Plitvice natural park.
No complaints. If you want evefything to be shiny and new, this is not the place for you. For us the old house with ugly stairway was just charming!
