La atención del personal. El apartamento tiene todo lo necesario para estar cómodo y como en casa. Suficiente menaje de cocina, bomba de aire caliente, colchones cómodos.

El apartamento estaba todo ok, simplemente comentar que, si vais para el puente de diciembre, la mayoría de supermercados y restaurantes de la zona están cerrados, ya que es un pueblo turístico de costa.

La literie. Lit double dans la chambre très raide, matelas fin. Canapé lit du salon avec des ressorts qui grincent, matelas plus qu'usagé, impossible d'y dormir sereinement à 2 alors qu'il est prévu à cet effet. Prix de fait trop élevé pour un appartement qui commence à être vétuste (meubles de cuisine qui commencent à être abîmés, obligés de revisser les pieds de la table avec un couteau, literie à revoir en intégralité)

Venue was located close to the beach and within walking distance of bars and restaurants.

Granted, we had chosen an apartment that wasn't overlooking the gardens. Instead we were overlooking a very busy road and opposite a holiday park with a water park which obviously attracts shouting squealing kids. I wouldn't mind this if I had chosen a family holiday like this, but I hadn't - it was a couple's holiday. The facilities were very old and tired - chipped paintwork on the furniture and walls, soft furnishings and ornaments that were shown on the photographs were no longer there, the kitchen area must have been at least 20 years old. Couldn't find the bathroom light switch until we read historical reviews on here and someone else had said it was behind the towels! Complete lack of information either from the hotel staff or within the apartment, either about the hotel facilities or surrounding area. To avoid the £86 cleaning fee, we were expected to clean the apartment, which wasn't a problem, although the mop they leave for you to use actually made the floor dirtier!!

the hotel is great but we are at the residence and the room they give us was in front of the camping at the 1st floor!! (it’s low seasons) they could offer more for but they didn’t ! for the prices we paid, we could stay in another place near by for more than a week!! it was our mistake booking the residence ! terrible bed!! nothing was ready… the bed for kids and etc..… horrible noise at night… the camping in front making a party!! if i would like that horrible noise i would have it only for 200€ a week !! but as i don’t want it so it was so terrible for paying this double price and having such a low standard !!
