Stunning location in the heart of the canyons with private trails and waterfall. Staff were always on hand to help organise activities. The room was beautifully appointed and they even ran me a bath ready for my return from my afternoon trek!

Absolutely everything. Starting from booking until check out. We stayed at bungalow. It was amazing! Very very very clean!! Amazing view! everything about this property is just perfect. Main building has plenty of entertainment for kids in case of rainy weather. Very tranquil place, but has plenty activities to not get bored. Very attentive team. Smooth check in and check out process. Good restaurant.

If you want any activities, you need to book in advance, to make sure they have enough equipment/instructors. This we were not informed about. But it wasn’t a big deal, since we needed to leave anyways.

Breakfast, room, trails, staff, location, view, shampoo and conditioner, bathtub... everything!!!

The price... but in the end the overall paid off...

The view from the room is indeed beautiful, the hot tube works well, the restaurant is excellent (although a bit expensive), the staff is helpful and clearly professional (what's not very often in Brazilian "pousadas"), the outdoors area has many options of trails for hiking and high views. The highlight of the hotel is the natural property, including an amazing waterfall where you can swim.

The room, located within the hotel itself (not the detached houses) was a bit dark and, except for the hot tube, is quite simple, maybe not compatible with the luxurious price they charge. Some renovation work would be welcome. The explanation about the sightseeing offered by the staff on arrival was quite superficial, they didn't mention, for instance, that there was a trail to the top of the waterfall, what for us ended up being the most impressive experience of our stay (a place they call Poço Encantado).

Great food and amazing location. It is possible have a view of the canyons in the window of the room.
