L'équipe est très avenante, l'hôtel est super, la vue sur la piscine est l'océan magnifique!

Vue époustouflante sur le Coin de Mire depuis le bar principal (une image de rêve) Superbe buffet de fête le soir de la Saint -Valentin. Depuis la chambre , vue paisible et reposante sur le lagon. Personnel aux petits soins pour nous.

Un petit bémol. La suppression des infusettes de thé,tisanes et parts de café soluble dans la chambre. Dommage. C’était très agréable à notre arrivée. Et on ne comprend pas en quoi cela peut avoir un quelconque effet sur le bilan carbone de la planète alors que presque tous les clients voyagent en avion . Cela revient à supprimer un service pour rien.

Die Unterkunft liegt direkt am Meer. Die Anlage ist sehr gepflegt. Wir waren 4 Tage da. Das Essen war abwechslungsreich. Wir genossen das Abendessen in den verschiedenen Restaurants, welche teilweise eine Reservation benötigen. Reservieren vor Ort möglich. Das Personal stets freundlich und aufgestellt.

In unserem Zimmer war der Boden stark verkratzt. Vermutlich durch Gepäckstücke verursacht. Die Tische im Restaurant mit Buffet waren teilweise schmutzig und sind in die Jahre gekommen.

i liked the view from the beach, the free nautical activities, the clean pools, good drinks, late check out, that they offered antimoskito devices, lunch on the island. that the water is not shallow and has green shades. night shows.

in the rooms (i’ve checked 2) there was a heavy smell (mould) due to high humidity. Our check in lasted 2 hours because of poor client service and their lack of flexibility to offer us a room in a different building (because it was other type of room) although I mentioned my husband and son have allergies and I am open to additional costs. Lunch and dinner lacked diversity, just a few dishes, many stews. At lunch/ dinner there is always grilled fish or chicken/ beef and you can combine it with rice or smashed potatoes or cold/ fresh pasta. At dinner there are a few salads, pasta bar, 5-6 hot dishes and smth sweet. Breakfast is as well poor, and at pick hours there are lines for pancakes and omlettes. no salads or fresh vegetables. I saw a big bug near the tables and the personel and the kitchen chef didn’t do anything. Plates were old and nicked. bedSheets and beach towels had dirty spots. sand is fine only near the water.

Breakfast was great with options i fancy.

Parking at first was tricky as there was no parking in the main area, however the staff did take consider my request and provided assistance. The manager FOH i believe was nice to provide a Late check out and complimentary drinks we had at lunch as the previous night we had an issue with AC leaking which was attended quickly. Perhaps extra curtain to add as when waking up in the morning, some light can be disturbing even with blinds.

The pictureshere dont do it justice-the hotel is a stunning dreamy resort!!! Amazing value for money- U have many activities included in the price of stay. My husband got injured and they have a clinic there with a nurse and a doctor so we didnt need to go to a clinic outside. Amazing beautiful landscape of hotel itself and views of sea and islands in front of hotel at sea. Amazing staff. Very good quality of people came there we made many friends. The deco is spactacular of main bar,entrance,pools,dining area. Very good pizza at night,good crepps at morning and amazibg standart of deserts at evening. There was a stand that used us for put diapers to the baby just like at home with drawers and everything it was so convinient they thought of everything. They have a special shiwer facilities if u stay the whole day after checkout and we used it-very comterable.

The presentation of food did not look so good.the tools and containers looked pretty bad. Also presented big things and people are digging inside it with spoons instead of the kitchen just slicing that ahead. Many ants close to food and at rooms. Not the best quality of food but i hear its like this in all mauritius.

We loved the concept of the resort, eco and sustainable. The staff is great and the water sports availability is amazing ! We really liked the Mauritius restaurant.

The Indian and Chinese restaurants could be better and in the buffet it would be nice to have deserts from Mauritius or typical ones from African/ Asian countries.

The beach, the bbq at grand zilwa, the main restaurant and the kids club as well as activities like glass bottom boat or yoga or live music. The whole ressort is awsome and offers pure relaxation. Perfect family vaccation!

The A/c did not work properly but after 3 times trying to fix it they gave us another room, which was even better then ours. So even if some things are not working, they are very eager to solve the problem. Just one thing was really annoying: we ordered doggy bag for breakfast due to early morning flight and it was not ready. This made our check out experience not the best one.

The hotel is spotlessly clean, the staff are very friendly, well trained and helpful! As you walk into the reception the view out is breathtaking. The main buffet restaurant is very good and there are several a la carte restaurants available. The bar area is very comfortable and the evening entertainment above average. The rooms are spacious and very nice in a beach house style.

Whilst it has several small beaches they are quite shallow making it difficult to swim and beach shoes are essential! So the pools are the best place to take a dip.

absolutely loved everything! We stayed in February and the resort was not busy at all. The rooms are clean and pretty, staff was super nice, the facilities- kayaking, paddle boards were great and you can rent them for free! Best resort in Mauritius.

Some days maybe the dishes of the Buffet Restaurant could be improved and faster refilled. Water should be included (half board)

Beautiful grounds, friendly staff and a very well-maintained hotel overall.

We were traveling with a toddler (the staff there are extremely kid-friendly so a huge thanks again) which means we needed a break! the water situation (ie no drinkable water in room- need to go fill-up or buy + the “allotted” pot of coffee everyday to go pickup was a but soviet-era for our liking). It should be a 4star hotel- really isnt a big deal to have water in our rooms everyday when room is cleaned and the “allotted” coffee. it’s things like that that stay in our memory unfortunately. The hotel-lobby +pools+beach are absolutely stunning- but the room was very hostel-like (not a 4star hotel room).
