The room was dirty, mould in bathroom (towel rail). Check in was confusion - phone call, self service with a safe and eftpos machine - worker was pleasant on the phone and helpful and can’t fault their helpfulness. Room had issues, mould in the wardrobe. No additional blankets etc. aircon and tv worked fine. very noisey too, people fighting etc - not motels fault just a note.

The room smelt of animals the shower tap ran all night there things flying in the room all over my pillows and the guests were loud at 12.00am I had the worse night. I almost went and slept in my car.

There wasn't a lot to like unfortunately. They did have youtube and the shower had great pressure

The room was dirty, aircon a health hazard, the shower didn't drain well so you stood in water, the water was only warm, overall shabby. Noisy location, lots of people that look like junkies, we won't be back.

I was told there was satellite TV channels so I could watch my football team play. There weren't any satellite channels, I was lied to. Then the TV didn't even have any free to air channels (abc, 7, 9, 10 etc), very poor. The WiFi was snail pace, and when I tried to use it to google search something, my browser said poor connection. Then, the tap in the bathroom leaked with water running onto the floor (I have a video of this). Around some time after 11 o'clock, I hear another customer outside using poor language. Go for a shower in the morning and there is hair (like someone has done some trimming/shaving) on the tiles but to make it worse, in two places. There was also snot (looked like it) on the tiles too and to make it even better, the shower drain wasn't big enough for the amount of water coming out so it pooled up and I'm just thinking of other people's hair and snot floating around in that pool up to my ankles. I had had enough and booked another place and msged to complain and ask for a refund to no avail. No one was in the office at 8am so had to complain via text. Very disappointing service. Would encourage others to book elsewhere. Also, yes I did take pics of those unsightly sights.

Cheap, easy checkin and comfy beds

Lot of noises all day and night. Especially night time. Pets barking, children crying and lot of people roaming in front. You can’t sleep properly with all those noises, doesn’t matter how comfy your bed are.
