Pas de savon pour les mains. Pas de mouchoirs où essuie tout pour laver la vaisselle. Pas de transport à proximité (10mn à pied minimum) . Wi-Fi pas stable, obligé de demander des nouveaux codes.

Cleaning stuff for utensils in the kitchenette wasn’t there

The staff was incredible and helpful. All the services (bar/restaurant, pool, laundry, tours) are incredible. The room had good size, it had a small balcony and good fridge with new water bottles everyday.

Not easy to find. The room cleanliness was not good (floor not vacum or washed everyday - serveral hairs and other things) A/C filters were not clean, small tv and the pillow are really bad.

I came back to ISanook after 8 years. I purposely chose the same hotel as I liked it so much. It’s a relatively luxury place (relatively because it’s still very affordable) in rather poor surroundings. The staff is amazing, super helpful.

The basement apartments, even though super nice because of a direct access to the pool area, had problems with humidity. Namely some mould on the walls, sometimes bad smell. It looked to be very well maintained, there are humidity absorbents present in the rooms but the weather and ground conditions can’t be defeated.

Nice roof for sunbathing. Good western food and cappuccino in restaurant. Good for that money.

They give me room with a view to another building, too noisy conditioners, cannot open a window or chill on the balcony. The bathtube was in the corridor not in bathroom.

The restaurant was terrible, and it was not very clean. I was almost charged for a stained towel from drying my hair which has semi-permanent hair dye in it. It comes out of my towels at home with a hot wash and some bleach, so the fact that they couldn’t get the stain out is a little worrying for the quality of cleanliness. There were also pre-stained sheets on the bed and soiled chairs in the room. The shower also looked quite grubby, so remember to bring flip-flops
