Jag ville ha en kopp kaffe när vi kom till hotellet men var tvungen att ställa mig i kö bakom dem som skulle checka in så jag tog kaffet på annat ställe i Köpenhamn.

Oda beklediğimden genişti. Personel çok yardımcı oldu. Sevecen ve güler yüzlüler. Otelin konumu çok iyi, hava alanına çok rahat 6 yaşındaki oğlum ile girebildim.

Nous avons adoré l'emplacement de votre hôtel où tout était parfait. Un petit-déjeuner varié et très bon.

Wasn't anything I did not like.

Location was outstanding, next to castle and kings garden and easy walk to Nyhaven. Comfortable bed, great breakfast.

I arrived early in the morning and was really tired so I asked if it was possible to check in early and the nice girl at the reception talked me into "upgrading" my room by paying 25 euros more and getting an instant check-in.I agreed and signed after she checked my ID- remember this !- then I went up to the room and found a dirty salad plate on the shelf and the room was not thoroughly cleaned. there was no phone in the room so I had to go back down. the girl simply said I will change your room after showing her the pic. I went up again got my bags and tried the 2nd room and the card didn't work so I had to go down again with my luggage and there was this rude guy this time who took the card saw my name said"your last name is Mohammed?" in a very unfriendly way then started asking condescending like"are you sure you read the room number right? did you check the letters?" as If I don't understand English! then he asked for my ID which is ridiculous since his colleague standing next to him already checked my ID and checked me in twice! when I asked why do you want to see my ID again he answered rudely way" No ID no new Card!". it was my birthday and I was tired and didn't want anything to ruin my trip so I just showed him my ID again and got my new card and went to my new room which still wasn't cleaned well as the pictures show but to be honest I avoided dealing with front desk again being afraid I'd run into that racist employee again and ruin my birthday trip. I even tried to ask for cleaning since none showed up during the 4 days of my stay to change towels or sheets or even take trash but the link they said I need to use to request didn't work and the housekeeping lady refused to clean the room or even give me new towels the last morning because my room wasn't "on the list"

The staff were really friendly, top-notch in every way. One gentleman helped me move rooms at one point. He would not accept a tip. Because I had had a small problem, I was given a free breakfast

The only problem I noted is that the air conditioning does not work as well in the older part of the building (rooms with three digits). More of an issue in July - August than in May.

Location is great. The room is cozy and has all the essentials and the bed is very comfortable. The Self check-in process is user frendly and intuitive.

The toilet box is semi-transparent, not great for privacy. The room cleaning need to be booked at the reception the evening before,that wasn't explained clearly and the first time our room was not cleaned

Some of the staff (don't know the name) made it really obvious that they didn't want to be at the job while ''helping us''.

Wake Up Hotel was more than my expectations. It has a super good location. Rooms are very clean and they have everything what you need. It was very silent during night though it's in the city center. Breakfast was perfect and price was very good. By the way... There are computers at the entrance and you can make your check in with the computers. It was very easy and convenient.

Great location with easy access to everything in central Copenhagen. Room was fine and functional and staff were helpful. Storage boxes in the basement handy on the day of checkout.

The breakfast buffet was absolutely chaos - too many guest and not enough staff to take away and replenish the food.

the fact that they sold two tiny rooms with an adjoining door as a ‘family room’ was severely misleading. the rooms were tiny which is fine if you know what you’re getting but that is not what they submitted as the description to booking.com. really bad room configuration layout.
