足湯のロケーションがよく、何度も楽しませていただきました。屋内の広さも空調も快適でとても過ごしやすかったです。部屋の広さは、掲載されている写真よりも正直狭く感じましたが、清潔感があり大変気持ちよく過ごせました。 部屋付きの温泉も露天風呂も気持ちよく楽しませていただきました。 食事に関しては、品数が多く、また一つ一つが新鮮な食材でした。満足感のある朝夕の食事でした。配膳していた方々は外国人の方が多かった印象ですが、特に不便もなく大変心のこもった接客をしてくださっていました。

別館の、部屋は、全く想像と違ってフロントに繋がる内線電話もなく、ルームサービスも無い貸し部屋状態で窓の外は公衆トイレ。 　部屋に冷蔵庫も無かった。

We went during the off-season in mid-November. The hotel was mostly empty. We didn't need to reserve the private onsen because the public one was empty the entire time. It was great!

The slippers did not fit my U.S. size 15 feet. Since the slippers were hard construction, the heel dug into my arch when walking to the onsen. Not their fault though! They apologized profusely. I do think there is an opportunity for a company to provide oversized slippers to all Ryokans, Hotels, and Hostels in Japan!

全体的に夕食がとても美味しかった 量も丁度良かったです 特に前菜がとても美味しくて幸せな気持ちになりました

チェックインして部屋に案内され入ると暖房がついていなかったようで部屋が冷たく寒かった

La situation à mi-chemin entre le grand bain public extérieur et le centre du village est idéale. Les repas étaient vraiment exquis, même si j'ai trouvé que le service était un peu trop rapide le soir. Tout le personnel était attentionné, aux petits soins, on se sentait bien accueilli. Le futon était relativement confortable, mais comme tout futon. La chambre était grande, avec une belle vue sur le village. Super onsen dans l'établissement également, je recommande !

This stay is highlight of our trip to Japan, with big room size and in room onsen. Less tourist as the hotel is a bit further from tourist attraction. Love the classic road bicycle hanging in the hotel.

部屋に浴室がついているのは最高でしたが、窓に目隠しがないため隣のホテルの窓から覗かれてしまうのでシートを張って貰った。この窓は改善してほしいです。

It's a nice quiet place away from Tokyo. The baths are soothing. They provided us tea and some manju as snacks in the room. The location is just a walk away from the touristy places like Yubatake and the Sainokawara park. Dinner and breakfast is good. We also rented their 45min private onsen to see how it's like. It costs us an extra 1K++ yen, but it was worth it. Would've booked two days for the full experience but sadly we don't have time.

The floorboars of the bathroom in our room made squeaky loud noises when we walk. Understandable cuz it's an old building. Also the check out time is a bit early.

The rotenburo water was very pure. The staff were very nice. The car park was very useful. The room was good, though we didn't get the best side of the building. The art cafe was pleasant and it's very close to open air hot springs.

The rotenburo space wasn't very inspired and a little bit sterile. It was also closed at 9:00, which I would imagine is peak time for showers. The location was OK for those of us who like to walk, but a good 5 minute walk from the center.

Service was impeccable. All of the staff - from the front desk to the restaurant were all very polite and friendly. They gave us a tour of our room and the hotel facilities upon check-in. They even offered to take our pictures! Breakfast was lovely in terms of taste and presentation. What we enjoyed most was the onsen experience. The hotel has their own onsens - public and private. We booked a private one and really enjoyed it. We walked around town and went onsen-hopping wearing the hotel-provided yukatas. Really pretty and comfy! This hotel and the onsen town gave us the ultimate experience and it was the highlight of our trip. We will be coming back for sure!
