Breakfast spread was good. Rooom was nice and cozy Dinner spread was good too

Property needs some renovation. there were some `govt sessions which caused lot of people to be in property and rush at breakkfast

房间里面有点老了 房门经常打不开 牙刷非常硬 前台把二个房间的早餐都算错了 checkout 要非常注意账单

Breakfast Buffet very good, food in generally very good

The hotel is not in the best condition, there are many things that do not work properly or are poorly maintained. Cleanliness and hygiene were average, the furnishings are a bit outdated. The simple staff and service staff very friendly. In my opinion, the hotel is poorly manged.

Overall all good, staff are so friendly😊

Swimming changing room need to clean up time to time.

I liked the breakfast. Dinner was good. Could be better with more veg options. Room was pretty clean and staff was very polite. I appreciate the late check out which is of much help for guests who are supposed to travel to further locations from Hyatt as it gives them time to wait for their transport and have sufficient breakfast before they leave.

My key card was not working properly and had to take help of staff for multiple times which could have been avoided after I informed the same to housekeeping. Further, I was on my honeymoon, which I had mentioned at the reception and also while booking, but the only thing they could arrange for me was room decoration for which I had to remind at the reception for a couple of times. Had this been taken care of earlier, it would have been a surprise for my wife. Also if they can arrange a candle light dinner in private for guests on their special occasions, then it would make their stay more worthwhile and special.
