Great location and helpful staff
Bathroom dirty and water leaking from toilet

Torneremo sicuramente!

sometimes, terrible and suddenly traffic noises from the road, but it is not the hotel’s fault.

Staff were very friendly and happy to let us leave our bags during the day while we went to pompeii. That's where it ended though.
The room we had absolutely stunk of stale cigarettes, the smell was overwhelmingly bad. The bed was rock hard, and the bathroom was tiny. The shower was strange and so small you could barely move your arms to wash yourself. It is right on a busy road that stayed busy all night. Rather disappointing.

Walking distance to the entrance of Pompeii. Parking is available for small cars. I believe the train station is close by.
People who have trouble climbing stairs should arrange for a first floor room. Noisy streets. Nit a pretty location but very convenient to visit Pompeii.

This property was advertised as close to the Pompeii ruins. It was literary out the door & around the corner. A 5 minute walk. An exceptional location and excellent service. We highly recommend Villa Flora.

The hotel was in a convenient location, very close to the old town of Pompeii. Also the city center was close by, only 10 minutes walk. The room was large and clean. The hotel had parking, and we had no problem securing parking.

Perfect location if you want to visit the Pompeii site. The staff are amazing, so many recommendations and so friendly. Our room had a nice big terrace which had a view of Mount Vesuvius. Definitely would stay again!

it is close to the station and the Pompeii Archeological site
it was pretty disgusting, black mould in the bathroom. The bed frame was completely broken . The room stank of cigarettes. Bedside lamp socket was very loosely attached. Shower head riser gaffer-taped and loose. Shower grid blocked so dirty water accumulated.
I gave them a letter of complaint on the morning of 13th and they promised to move us. on arriving back later they said they had let the clean room to another late booking through your agency so we were forever to stay in room 4.
Room 10 was slightly better but bed still very poor and it was a small room with a kitchenette and Tony bathroom so not a superior room which we paid for. I strongly recommend you take this hotel off your site. I would like a substantial refund for the horrible experience we had there.

Rosa and Alexandra at the front office were most helpful with our excursions. We did some research before arriving but with all the options online didn’t know what would work best for us. We decided to go to Pompeii and hope for the best. The best is what we got! Thanks girls. They got us a tour of the ruins (that was cheaper than what is offered by the tourist stands near the front gate) and we got a personal guide too – not part of a larger group. And they connected us with a service that drove us to Mount Vesuvius on the same day we arrived. They also offered a 10% discount at Coupon at a Roman themed restaurant across the street: We thoroughly enjoyed our experience there.
Has nothing to do with Villa Flora: Stay away from the coffee shop at the hotel next door. THIS PLACE WILL RIP YOU OFF!!! 9€ for a cup of coffee!!! (Come si dice “tourist trap?”) We order two cups of coffee and sat outside to plan our day out. When we went in to pay, we were charged 9€ for each cup. We were told if we stood at the bar it would have been cheaper. Yes, we know this. We actually live in Italy, but up north. In a normal (honest establishment) it might cost an extra Euro to sit at a table.
You’re better off making coffee from the mocha pot and coffee grounds Villa Flora offers inside of your room.

The staff was amazing! Rosa and Allesandra learned our names and greeted us with friendly smiles each day. That was a personal touch that made the staff stand above the rest.
It is a noisy hotel. The space inside is open, vertically. So sound carries throughout the rooms and in the stairwells. The hotel is also close to the train tracks, which adds to the noise level
