Great location. Wonderful natural setting. Accommodation rooms lovely size and very comfy queen bed. Staff very friendly. Considering everything they have been through with Oct flood, amazing job to have these ones in such top shape.

Great place to stay

Enjoyable short stay here in July. Villa was clean, comfortable and well maintained. It didn't apply to us on this trip but this would be a great place for families with children.

Weather was cold (0 degrees overnight) and unfortunately bedrooms have no heating.

very minor issue of no tissues or milk frothing jug for coffee machine.

My daughter loved the free pancakes that were served on Sunday, great idea for the kids

GOOD FACILITIES FOR FAMILIES.

great place to get away and lots for kids.

unfortunately the water park was under maintenance . which wasn’t on their website or relayed to us upon check in, the mini golf area was full of bull ant nexts and poorly maintained. Our villa was also run down, the floor damaged and not fixed and hold in cupboards. there was no private bbq on our balcony which in the photos of the property there was.

The facilities were great such as kids tennis courts, ninja circuits, play grounds, swimming pools, etc. The environment was very family friendly and peaceful at the same time. The staff were very helpful & friendly.

The type of villa we got - 3 BEDROOM LUXURY VILLA looked very different to what it looked on the website. On the website it was portrayed as more modern villa with larger space. However, the villa was actually quite small. The rooms were quite small, especially the kids room with 4 bunk beds. The vacuum cleaner was not working, One of he bed rooms had some bugs on the bed. The carpets were a bit dirty. Overall, the villa did not match fully our expectations. However the staff were very helpful and cleaned the room on providing this feedback (as the vacuum cleaner was not working) and resolve this. Greatly appreciate it. There was foul smell due to drainage in one of the main toilets.

Love how close everything was, many pubs to choose from with a wide variety. Even a supermarket near by so you can cook in the cabin!

Cabin bench had ants upon arrival - wiped down with antibacterial hot water. Smell of recycled water from shower drain.

No way to prop the door open without using a chair, blocking the way up the stairs.
