Janny and the staff are incredible! They are the most warm and welcoming staff I've had. My girlfriend became sick in Pisac and the really helped us. In addition, rooms and facilities are excellent. Best shower I've had in Peru, good and stable wifi.

No hot water. Cold Rooms not heated, no sun, no view, and no hot water (the owner tried to make it warm but stayed a little less cold ). I stayed 5 nights .

Janny was extremely helpful and thoughtful.

The location of the hospedaje allowed for a nice walk into the village in the morning; past markets and cafés. The host was lovely and recommended some places for food that had to fit particular criteria. The shower in the morning was hot with decent pressure.

There was a lovely comedor, sitting room and jardin. The location is brilliant, on Pisac's main street, right by the local market and super easy to simply walk back into the village's charming sidestreets. The dueña was very attentive, supplying us with hot water for drinking and making sure we were very well taken care of. Fabulous place, I'd stay here again!

A wonderful self-contained room, with some natural light, sparkling clean and thoughtfully maintained! Sometimes the hot water cut out mid-shower but I think this issue has already been resolved.

The hosts are super nice! And the room is pretty. No heating, as it is usual in Pisac, but clean, tidy, I had all I needed. The host prepared tea in a thermos every night as a complementary gesture.

Super location in the center but still quite at night. Janny the host was very friendly, helpful and cared for our well being.

We had some problems with the hot water in the shower.

This place was perfect for me the owner was very helpful about anything free WiFi, I am a family person so I love this family atmosphere. In fact in the future I plan to use their facilities 👍
