Prima hotel dichtbij de Sarinah Mall. Kamer was schoon en van alle gemakken voorzien. Ook een prima gevarieerd ontbijt.

The breakfast and everything was very clean.
We were sleeping om the 1st floor because of the live music it was very noisy.

Good location.
On Friday & Saturday nights very loud music from the rooftop bar until 2am.
Very noisy and constant generator/machine next to the hotel.
Music in Rooftop bar was too loud to have a drink there.
Cramped room with no place/space to put suitcases.
Very poor lighting in the room.
Couldn't check in before 2pm even though hotel didn't seem busy or full.
Staff didn't answer calls to reception or took a long time to answer.

The staff is very nice & helpful. We liked the design of the hotel and how each floor has its « thematic » reflected in rooms’ paintings. The breakfast is correct and the location is a big plus!
Rooms are really smalls but the the size is clearly mentionned in the description.
Missing some conveniences (like electricity plugs in the bathroom, or an electricity plug near to a mirror).

It’s location just opposite Sarinah Plaza. Also the rooftop cafe.
Since it’s quite a hip hotel, many youngsters stay there. The corridor was quite noisy during my stay, with sounds of them running in and out of friends rooms on the same floor.
although it was a non-smoking floor, I can still smell the cigarettes from inside my room.

Location is in the heart of Jakarta's center. Staff was kind to have given us a neutral art room, which I requested. Had a side view of Sarinah. Bed was extremely comfy and quite complete set of bathroom amenities. We are not much of an AC-type of couple, so having the AC off and still had the room feeling cool for a long while was a plus! I think maybe because of the type of tiles and construction of the rooms.
Breakfast service wasn't as I expected. Unfortunately, the food or condiments were not refilled quick enough. Often I had to request for this and that. Some staff are attentive to the guests, but most could use practice on that. Simply on greeting habit.

Location is very central, easy to walk everywhere, lots of cafes and good food nearby, close to Sarinah. The bed and pillows were very very comfy. Staff were really friendly and helpful.
The wifi honestly sucks. It kept on going off and on if I did not use my laptop and always hard to reconnect. It was kinda annoying as I stayed in the hotel to work. The chair was really hard, it was really painful to work using that chair, I had to put a pillow so I could work for long hours on it. Breakfast was not great, except for the omelette and coffee, the rest was just so so. I think the lighting in the room could have been made brighter.

The location is perfect ! Opposite Sarinah mall and plenty of good restaurants and food in the mall. Walking distance to
Plaza Indonesia and Grand Indonesia with all my favorite restaurants and clubs. Breakfast in Artotel was also good and there plenty of choice between bread and Asian dishes. Trendy roof terrace and nice to hang out there around sunset.
