Beautiful clean beach, yummy food at the breakfast buffet and the beach cafe, attentive staff, wonderful massages, stunning scenery.

Our only critique is that the island hopping tour is 3x more expensive than those offered in town, but the experience is the same. I was hoping that paying a premium price would mean a more considered and environmentally respectful tour. Unfortunately it felt like we were chasing dolphins and disturbing the sea turtles rather than respecting them.

So what can I say except.. Best resort I have ever stayed and I have been to 11 countries! The views Spectacular, the water 79 f, the visibility in ocean easily 30+ feet!, The grounds are the nicest ive ever seen in a resort, the beach is plowed with a tractor twice a day everyday! The staff gets 11/10 every moment I saw them they constantly greeted me , asked how I was and Saw to every need I had. The food was reasonably priced and delicious! Pretty much the only thing that could have made the stay better would be unlimited alcohol. But I was so relaxed everyday was not necessary I will return 200% certainty!!!!

The location is perfect for relaxation. No noisy market nearby. You can rent a tricycle to pick you up from the lobby, and you can be at the market in 15 minutes with 200 php per ride. The palm garden is amazing, and you can have a massage. The swimming pools are nice. There's also a pool for kids (60 centimeters deep). You can do paddle boarding or kano for 30 minutes every day. There's a gym that you can use. The rooms were clean and spacious. They clean the room twice a day. One at noon and one at 5 pm. The personnel is always kind and helpful. You can have dinner on the beach only for 1300 php with a nice setup. We celebrated my father's birthday with 13 family members, and it was well organized and had a good atmosphere. I would recommend trying the mango shake or any of the ice creams or chicken dishes.

The beach is clean outside because they are cleaning every day, but in the water, you can find sea urchins and a lot of weeds. Food is personal preference, and for me, there were some dishes at the restaurant that I wouldn't recommend, such as fried fish or fresh coconut water. Some dishes have no taste, such as the spaghetti bolognese and pizza with 4 cheese. During the dinner at the beach, I was expecting each dish to be delivered once we had finished the previous course. However, everything was served at the same time, and we were unable to track if they served all the dishes or which dishe was for whom.

Beautiful resort, with calm private beach. Very colourful and picturesque. HUGE beds! Very good breakfast. Friendly people.

Food at the restaurant (for lunch and dinner) was disappointing - not enough flavours and blank. We found that only szechuan seafood pasta has a good taste.

service can be slow. we had to flag down to get a menu/order. they should be trained to check guests if they need anything else. Ran out of buko twice for a property surrounded with coconut trees.

The buffet breakfast was extensive and particularly good if you eat earlier. Rooms were good and comfortable and servicing efficient.

The dirt road leading into the resort was unfinished and very bumpy, not something you’d expect from a better resort. Towels were a bit small and cheap looking.

The vast property is so serene and beautiful.They tour at the south farm is so amazing and educational. I still plan to go back.

The property has a long stretch of beach. The breakfast buffet has a lot of choices.

Every time we ordered beach-side or room service, they NEVER gave utensils and napkins. We always had to ask and wait for them to walk far to get the utensils for us. The quality of the dishes is not consistent. for the simplest thing such as French fries and mashed potatoes, they tasted different (much more bland) the second day of our stay. The chicken of the chicken satay was undercooked and dark pink inside. I got bedbug bites from the bed in our room. All the staff we spoke to about it did not handle the situation well. We were met with denial (“those are jellyfish bites”) jellyfish or sand mite bites appear instantly and not when you wake up in the morning. Another excuse was “in 8 years in housekeeping here, I have never encountered bedbugs.” If it never happened before doesn’t mean it could never happen. This was not the treatment you would expect from a “5-star” resort. We had to elevate the issue to management ourselves because not even the supervisors knew what to do, and nobody apologised. And we had to demand for compensation ourselves when in any other high end hotel, they would have apologised and offered compensation without being asked. The staff of the resort is very unprepared compared to the level that this resort is supposed to be on. Never staying here again.

the beds are comfortable with pillow choices, filtered drinking water is well supplied, very accommodating staff!

the food could do some improvement, the 2br villa door was broken, paved walkway not handicap friendly. room safe should be in the mbr.
