Comfortable bed, good heating, quiet and central to everything.

It would be good to have more hanging space and more cutlery.

Quiet neighbourhood. And the tram line was right outside the road. It was also next to the river with great scenary and with a great place to jog around.

Could have provided more frequent cleaning service. They skipped my cleaning session in the 2nd week.

Room smelled a little like cigarettes. I thought room was over priced, especially when you add parking for your vehicle.

Room was great for a short stay. We had a studio appartment on the main road side. Close to everything and easy to get around. Tram stop right out front. And catching an uber was pretty inexpensive. Beds were comfy enough. The doors to the balcony were double doored so it blocked out all the traffic and pedestrian sounds wonderfully. Black out curtains meant excellent sleep ins.

The shower was a bit weird. Felt like I was getting hit by a fire hydrant. Definitely recommend the hotel change heads. I didn't find the shower enjoyable at all. The lighting was very dark through out the room and hallways. Made it a bit difficult for a girl to be putting on her makeup.

Wr held an event in the conference room and the staff went out of their way to assist us with everything we needed! thanks to Sophie & Solas who were to so helpful! Wr also had a 2 bedroom apartment (joined rooms) which was spacious and comfortable.

the door on the second room was broken which meant we could only use one door to enter. the oven also didn’t work in one room. we reported both issues to the staff so hopefully they are fixed.

the third room had no ac or fan and windows could not be opened so basically no ventilation in the room so we could not use it

Cleanliness and big space

great location, lovely staff. just bad experience. we called ahead to request location of parking & to ask to park first & then to check in. We were instructed to park in area B2. We arrived 6pm.

Quest parking was not written/allocated to any parking spots so we parked in an empty parking space. There was no signage in the parking area to direct us to the lift & to quest. It took us 25minutes wandering around to try to find the lift to quest. but we had no hotel key to open the door to the lift. There was no signal in the basement car park to we walked to the entrance to call reception. The reception person said they would come to the basement car park to let us in but we were on the wrong level (again no signage for quest) Eventually we found a fire door & walked up 3 flights to a corridor & roamed around until we found quest reception. it was not 6:25pm & we were late for our evening appointment. We checked in & went to our room & walked in on someone else. So some one else was given our room by mistake. Back to reception & wait another 10mins for the staff to figure out what happened. They were very apologetic & gave us a new room which only had one bed even though we booked 2 single beds so I had to share a bed with my 15year old son.

practical well thought out facilities, plenty of room for two people.

Space of the room and items inside were useful. Was very clean and had a balcony for a good price.

The 2 single beds joined together with the large hard section in middle of bed. The right side single bed was sunken and very old. Was so uncomfortable to sleep.

Big studio apartments with great facilities and great location.

The bed only had two flat pillows, we asked for more but they weren't delivered.
