Location is good. We can walk to the city.

The hair dryer cannot be used because the plug cannot fit in the power point. The kettle is rusted and should be replaced. it may caused health hazard.

it’s had everything that we needed, the rooms were spacious.. perfectly located just 5 mins walk from nearest bus stop/tram stop and station.

Rooms temperature was bit too hot for us, and we couldn’t find the switch or remote that controlled it .. but did open the windows when it got too hot for us ..

The Location. the Easher and Dryer in the room was just so perfect

The deposit being the same price as the booking itself. My bathroom door not c losing, no shower soap for 2 out of 5 nights. card not working

you self-check-in in one building and no indication that you are actually in a different one. need some extra information. it’s a real nightmare to enter the building with the card system and manipulations. must be changed really. bathroom door couldn’t close properly. no shampoo available. couldn’t find heater as we felt cold. tv should be in the living room. bed was small and mattress was not of the most comfortable. 2 small blankets? weird.

Friendly service, self check-in and good location near tram stop and excellent restaurants.

Broken cabinetry, small holes in walls, bathroom handle close to falling off, broken bottles in garden space outside bedroom, missing cushion on couch plus inability to adjust heating. Apartment needs some attention.

Apartments are decent

Had to wait 2 hours! Past check in time until apartment was ready. Was extremely hot and nothing was provided. Had to buy fans, otherwise would have been unbearable. Very expensive for what you get

the property itself is very nice. A few questionable stains on the sitting area.

Location was nice, not too far from the lake. Despite apparent damages to the furniture the apartment looked clean.

Although the apartment could have been Luxury now days it certainly does not look like that. "Tooth of time" took its tool on the furniture (especially on the couch where most likely guests did not respected rule of "no smoking"). Another place where the time is visible was bathroom with many damages to the tiles.

Wonderful location within walking distance to center. Beautiful view from the balcony. Beds were really comfortable. Very nice local cafe next door to the apartment. I was able to get my bag dropped earlier before the stated check in time which was convenient. Overall clean, quiet and spacious. Definitely would go back and recommend.

Was a bit of a hassle to walk back and forth to the kiosk to collect keys. As there were two adults I needed two keys but the machine wouldn’t give me a second key and I was too tired to deal with administrators and then either wait for reply or keep walking back to the kiosk. Also wasn’t easy to find air conditioner in the room. Parking noted at booking made it sound like there is some space dedicated to the apartment but there is street parking only. Would have preferred to be told this clearly upfront and not try looking for ‘apartment parking lot.

It is quite well positioned (7 bus stops) to the city center. The guys who manage the place are very nice and kind and do their best to help you.

It is not a luxury apartment, the maintenance is very poor. The sofa is old and smells of smoke, the bedroom door open in half because of a wardrobe that blocks the door. Moreover, I lost 1 hour for check-in because the check-in machine was not working. The parking place that was reserved for me has been occupied by someone else, but they provided another place a little bit more distant. The bathrooms have been renovated recently but the furniture is old. All the apartment furniture is very old and partly broken.

Good location, spacious apartment

Entry card issuing machine didn't work. Facilities not maintained for a while: missing lamps from the nightstands and the living room, broken drawers in the bathroom, rusty tap, curtains half came off, patio door couldn't close, broken trashcan in the kitchen, burnt oil smell in the kitchen, kitchen window couldn't open due to missing handler, etc. Need a serious review and maintenance.

Everything was perfect

Good location. Value/money proportion reasonable. Good for SHORT stays.

The couch was dirty and in general the place was lacking many amenities. We had the 2,5 apartment which is a bit small but has a very nice balcony around the flat. No outlets around the bed which was uncomfortable. No shampoo, enough coffees, salt or any of this sort. Also the police woke us up on a saturday morning because somebody smoked weed in the halls. This was not cool!!!!!

The location is very handy to the city and an interesting part of town. One positive was the good coffee across the road in the mornings. For families, the location feels a little unsafe. We were needing to be careful with the kids when going between the apartment and car. We also thought we would be able to get a car park (at an expected cost) but this was not available, so we had quite an ordeal making sure we could park the car. This changed the plans we had for our stay in Zurich.

There were basically no utensils in the kitchen - nothing to cook on except for one pot. We also found the general wear and tear in the apartment quite terrible. There were cigarette burns in the furniture, skirting boards falling off and the front door handle was falling off. The heating was far too hot and we only moderated the temperature by opening windows in the zero deg temperatures which felt a bit compromising safety-wise.
