This quaint boutique hotel was perfect for my family and me when traveling to Chania. It is located on the water with beautiful views just a short walk to Old Town. Lots of great restaurants and bars nearby to enjoy. The staff was so accommodating and friendly. They gave us beach recommendations, helped arrange transportation for us to get there, and let us borrow beach towels. They truly went above and beyond to make our stay memorable and comfortable. We only had a couple of nights here but we wish we could have stayed longer. The rooms are beautiful designed and decorated, the beds are extremely comfortable, and the robes!! The robes are the absolute best. So comfy to lounge in after a long day of walking.
I absolutely loved this property! One thing to be aware of is that there are a lot of steps here. They do have a very small elevator shaft in case you need to bring up luggage but otherwise you will be walking very steep steps up to your room.

They upgraded my booking and kept the price. Lovely staff and the location is very nice if you want to visit the old and charming city of Chania.

the rooms and the design are beautiful
The air conditioning was explained as floor-based, so we couldn’t change from heating mode to cooling (unless all the rooms at the floor changed too). it was very hot and the windows with the view to the street did not cool the room enough… In addition, the street is very noisy in the night (not for families with a baby).

Wish there was bell boy service specially since it's in a car free zone but the staff was very helpful.

The Top location, the room excellent, combining the architecture and the touch of ancient times with the modern technology. The staff were very kind and always ready to help with anything we might needed. We even got a room upgrade for free, as a better one was available. Although the breakfast is provided outside the property at the cafeteria nearby, this was excellent, top quality, always fresh and included everything we could think of. Perfect accommodation!

We came for the hot tub! Great location, gorgeous views, clean and comfortable, nice toiletries, great to enjoy the spa with the views, wonderful and friendly staff!
no screens on windows or doors so with fresh air came flies and mosquitoes; odd multiple levels within the room that aren’t highlighted/makes it challenging to navigate to the bathroom during the night (maybe just put some glow tape on the step?); the spa was cold/not ready when we arrived and we had to wait until the next day when was warm enough to get in, also no top/cover to keep the warmth in so the heat was always evaporating (never really hot enough) and the open spa attracted birds all weekend which would poop along the sides of the spa - a cover or even a water bib would solve both those issues; loud and jarring construction noises (drilling?) at 0830 Sunday morning disturbed the chill vibe

luxurious, very clean, very good location, very nice and helpful staff, we got an upgrade for our room upon arrival. We arrived at Chania this November so it wasn’t the high season but the hotel made our stay delightful. Thanks to all the staff especially Moses and Christina 🙏🏻

amazing and clean room, there were L'Occitane soap,shampoo,lotion, also coffee, tea and water bottles in the room. beautiful view to the marina and very nice and kind staff. perfect location. also the breakfast is really good and served in a restaurant nearby with a beautiful view on the water.

Ambassadors in a great hotel! The room we stood in was amazing (I kept telling my husband I could live there), the spa bath was divine and everything was very comfortable. Staff was nice and helpful. Breakfast at Pallas Restaurant was very complete and served in Greek portions —for those who haven’t yet been to Greece, that means huge portions.
The biggest problem with the hotel (which is actually a problem in Chania) was the parking. Ambassadors is located in an area that is inaccessible by car, so there are no parking spots. And finding a parking spot in Chania is close to impossible: it took us literally 2 hours each day. We understand that is not a problem of the hotel, but we felt unattended and the information the hotel gave us was shady. Firstly, because it was very optimistic (as if finding a parking spot would be easy). Secondly, it wasn’t very clear (we couldn’t find some of the places they recommended on the map). I think the customer should always be warned of the difficulties to make a informed decision. Nevertheless, we would do the same all over again: Chania and Ambassadors!

I loved the staff, the breakfast, the coffee, the view. Everything was great from the moment I arrived to the moment I left. Customer service was so amazing & staff was always smiling or willing to help. They even scheduled my taxi for when I was leaving. Room service was given everyday, always came back to new blankets, towels, & the fridge was always refilled. I definitely would come back!
