Bunks not comfortable at all & did not get a good nights sleep - told key would be in door - no key so left room unlocked while went for a walk

Beautiful cabin with everything you need. Spacious and very clean. Best features were high ceilings and fenced and gated verandah with lovely aspect. it was ideal for me as I was travelling with my little dog and she loved going out onto the verandah. Also there is an excellent dog park which my dog loved. perfect for travelling with a dog.
I liked the property but I didn’t realise it was just outside of Yamba. Luckily I had a supply of food so didn’t have to seek out a grocery store/food outlet for dinner. I will definitely stay again.

The family activities were great. Waterpark was alot of fun. Parks were well spaced out.
Pool could be a bit bigger. Once there were more than two families in the pool it was hard to enjoy the swim due to room.
The cabins were outdated. Beds were uncomfortable. With poor reception we couldnt watch tv at night or have a family movie etc.

The children loved the waterpark. The accommodation was located close to the waterpark, walking distance, accommodation was spacious and clean. Natural environment had a visit from a kookaburra.
Would have stayed longer but could only get one night. Good to be able to unload the car so close to the cabin. Lots of shady spots.
There was no meal type food, no breakfast, only snack foods and coffee. It would have been good to have some simple meals e.g. nachos, fish and chips, eggs and bacon, toast, milkshakes, because it is quite a drive into town, although it is worth driving in to shops and beaches.

The cabins were big, and had a full size fridge.
The amenities/slide pool are really old and dated and you have to walk through grass and mud to get to them , there is no food onsite and the closet shops or anything is approximately 10/15 minutes away , for the price and location I would not stay again , the staff were lovely though… For the price it’s not great

Our cabin had a washing machine but no dryer- was a wet week so would have been nice if it was a combination washer / dryer.

The amount paid for this cabin did not meet the $280 per night tarrif for 2 people out of holiday season. The second bedroom had 2 bunk beds but i couldn't sit in bed on the bottom bunk without hitting my head on the base of the top bunk.
It was on Palmer's Island which is a good 10 minute drive to Yamba. We didn't dare go out at night due to the huge pot holes in the road and the number of them as well. The cabin had an electrical issue , there was no remote for the second tv and the double door to the main bedroom was faulty. The staff were notified of these and they were addressed on the first day but the issues recurred the following day with the second tv still not working. The pool for adults is tiny and not heated.
This property is geared for families who stay in and use the facilities. I would not recommend it for groups of adults who do not want to cook.
