This time I didn't like it.

Recently, they changed the location of the living turtles they have. The new condition is AWFUL, they are hidden in a place where they cannot get enough sun, they are in a kind of cage with dirt and a kind of cave to hide, but any water at all to swim , the place is very very small. I saw they were fighting and any staff attended even when a Japanese customer and me told that to a staff that was in the pool area. Why do they have does animals if they DO NOT care about them? Before they were in a better place near the pool, but now they put 2 swings. Those two turtles are living a very bad captivity life there. For me it is animal cruelty. They have the resources, space and money, to keep them in better conditions. Finally, the karaoke room smells like mold.

The shuttle was not available at the communicated space. We got picked up after we called, but it was still an unpleasing situation.
