Localização muito perto da praça central e rua peatonal, onde há restaurantes com boa música ao vivo. O apartamento é espaçoso, limpo e agradável. A cama é confortável e há ar condicionado no quarto. Fernanda e Cleide nos ajudaram em tudo o que precisamos. Recomendamos!

As instalações bem cuidadas com estilo rústico e disponibilizando todos os equipamentos (ar condicionado, cômoda , cabides, poltrona, boa cama, tv, água quente no chuveiro, frigobar, microondas, fogão cooktop, cafeteira italiana e talheres para facilitar a estadia do hóspede. O prédio está próximo de mercados, padaria, bancos e restaurantes. Estava trabalhando na cidade então saia cedo e retornava tarde. A proprietária é bastante atenciosa.

Sugiro que disponibilize iluminação melhor para leitura quando o hóspede estiver sentado na poltrona. No mais tudo ok e não tenho nada mais a declarar.

We had the ground floor studio (the right handed one). The place itself is great, great quality furniture (sturdy real wood), very nice and good taste decoration. Very clean place (impeccable cleanness). It seems equipped with the necessary things (not sure about kitchen things as we did not need). I will explain below why, nevertheless, over-all I rated lower the place.

Just a personal point: because there is no window to look outside, for me the place becomes oppressive. The air-co is placed in such a way that blows on the bed, directly on your head - we needed to sleep at the other side of the bed as we cannot sleep with the wind on our face. There was no hot water - an unexpected accident maybe - we arrived at night, after 6h travel and the next morning we would go for another 12h travel. My complaint is that the owner did not propose any discount for this problem that obviously belonged to the establishment, we paid 50 euro for a few hours sleep and a shower that we could not have (which was very unpleasant with the heat and the travels)...

Tastefully decorated, good layout. Good communication, friendly. Arranged taxi to the airport with a very nice and reliable driver.

the host was very friendly throughout the stay, made us feel at home and is always willing to help. The flat is renovated and has the basics to spend a few days, perfect location and safe area.
