Schöne Lage direkt an Meer mit Pools direkt am Meer. Nette Mitarbeiter am Pool. Schönes Beach Restaurant. Eigener Standabschnitt nur für Hotelgäste. Grosses Frühstücksbuffet mit gutem Kaffee. Saubere Zimmer mit kleinem Balkon mit traumhaftem Meerblick. Für einen Ausflug früh am Morgen haben wir ganz volle, abwechslungsreiche Lunchpakete erhalten.

Leider war der Empfang nicht sehr gelungen. Wir waren sehr müde von der Anreise und der Tagestour und haben unser Zimmer keine Minute früher erhalten, obwohl dies durchaus möglich gewesen wäre, da das Hotel nicht sehr voll zu sein schien. Leider sagte man uns am Frühstück nicht, dass der Kaffee aus der guten Kaffeemaschine nur für „Levelgäste“ ist und zuerst wurde unhöflich reagiert und uns gesagt wir sollen den Kaffee aus den Kaffeeautomaten trinken. Wir haben in 2 von 3 Nächten zu wenig Handtücher erhalten, konnten diese aber rasch nachbestellen.

Deux restaurants, peu de choix de plats, qualité moyenne et portions réduites, très longue attente à chaque repas (nous sommes restés une semaine).

備え付けのドライヤーのコードが爆発し、火花が散って危なかった。ベトナムの電圧が強いためか、変圧器が緩くなっていたためか、自分の携帯の充電器も爆発した。これらで数回ブレーカーが落ちたが、すぐに人を呼び対応してくれたので良かった。

The pool was beautiful as was the beach, the pool staff were lovely and we liked the beach restaurant. The hotel was clean which is important.

The breakfast was very standard, although we liked the beach restaurant, we were the only customers and the service was incredibly slow. Rooms are VERY noisy. Hotel staff literally spoke NO English which is shocking considering 1, the chain of hotels, 2, Da Nang being a tourist spot in Vietnam. They were completely unhelpful and when we asked questions about what to do, they had no idea. They love a hidden cost, for example, we took water from the mini bar (don’t recommend as most overpriced we’ve seen our whole trip) and they charge a 5% service fee!!! A service fee for US taking something out of the mini fridge??? Absolutely absurd.

The facilities are overall OK, but during construction a couple of things were not paid enough attention ... here n there it gives the impression, not yet being ready, certain buildings are not in operation at all ...

The B-fast is good, especially sitting outside is nice, the service is overall good

Een hotel wat haar 5 sterren waard is, klantenservice is perfect. Ontbijt zeer uitgebreid. De kamer ruim. We hadden een schaal fruit op de kamer gekregen. Na een paar dagen stond er bij binnenkomst een schaal met koekjes en noten. Echt alles is geweldig!

The resort is what you would expect from a luxury resort,the amenities are great this place having 3 pools one was closed for maintenance plus the beach.the atmosphere was very relaxing and staff around the pool were very attentive. I did inspect one of the Level rooms which is huge and offers some extras, but at the price of $1400.0 dollars a night I personally didn’t think it was worth it. The room I picked had a wonderful sea view it was spacious enough for the two of us and had all we needed. The checking in supervisor at the front desk made the comment about us checking out the level room but not picking it, which I though was out of place, but since there were other guests around I didn’t want to tell her that I didn’t think it was good value for the extra money.

Apart from the comment from the supervisor, we have a motorcycle to get around with and the parking for the bike is a decent walk away from the reception but that doesn’t really matter.

We didn’t expect the resort to be so run down & a lot of old room units / restaurants unused / poorly maintained, even unfinished units. It was just very unsightly. Buggies used to ferry guests were old & rusty. Bedside table only on 1 side which is bizarre, my husband had to use a chair for another side. Room towels appeared so old & was given 1 with tar stains. Last day of check out, we waited 30mins for the buggy to turn up. Good job we buffered more time to airport.

Outdoor shower ! Really nice flat / bungalow. Good breakfast, responsive staff, nice beach, good pools and sunbeds.

Quite tight on water, for the price you would expect better than four tiny bottles per day in the room between 2 people. Also bad weather meant we couldn’t go in the sea.

더레벨 사용하고 있어서 프라이빗 풀 있었는데 일정상 하루밖에 못들어갔지만 수심이 그렇게 깊지는 않았지만 좋았고 더레벨 사용하시는 분이 많이 없으셨는지 붐비지는 않았어요. 애프너눈 서비스도 한 번정도 이용 했는데 술 무제한이고 핑거스낵도 먹을 만했어요 직원분들 다 친절하시고 ㅋㅋ 재밌는건 야외샤워장인데 밖에서 안에 절대 안보여서 재밌었어요 더레벨룸 쓰시는 뷴들은 조식도 테이블 따로고 주문하면 가져다 주시는데 저희는 커피만 주문하고 그냥 뷔페에서 자유롭게 떠먹었어용 물이랑 수건은 계속 가져다주셨고 날씨만 좋았다면 완벽했을거 같아요 룸청소는 엄청 깨끗하게 안해쥬시는데 말하면 깔끔하게 해주실거 같고 직원분 중에 Diep Jasmine Nhi 이라는 여성직원분 친절하고 좋으셔요 더레벨룸이라서 레이 체크아웃해서 여유롭게 나왔어요. 대부분 영어서비스인데 못알아들어도 번역기 돌려서 보여주셔서 한인관광객들 묵으셔도 충분할거 같아요

조식 메뉴가 좀 더 다양했으면 좋았을거 같아요.

Breakfast was okay

The property did not give me rooms that I paid for. As alternative they recommended higher category rooms that were full of stench. I decided to take lower class rooms in the building that I booked. They did not refund any amount despite giving me lower class rooms. Strangely they asked me to pay in cash for every small room service or spa service. They even kept my daughters as HOSTAGE and did not allow them to leave before I come to spa from my room at 1030 in the night and pay them first. Upon long discussion in person, they did put the charge to my room, why initial stubbornness. Completely unprofessional attitude and treatment.

No good points that I can recall of. The property was old and not attended. Lobbies of each building beside the main reception were abandoned and gloomy all day. Especially the morning. I called to ask help to drain the sink, waited for more than 30 minutes at 1:00am, still did not come and called again and waited another 15 minutes. The person could not understand my request and useless. I called for someone who is able to communicate, waited another 5 minutes. The receptionist gave a lame excuse that they had guests checking in. Haha. For the last hour or so at 1:00 am? It was already 2:30am but the time they came to give a lousy excuse. The floor is just stone and bare, like a cheap beach themed resort. Shower takes like 7 minutes to heat up and super hard to adjust to the right temperature. At the check out, they didn’t give me a receipt until I asked and that took another 5 minutes. Super bad professional attitude, old and bare furnishing and bad facility. Visited as I was recommend by a friend but will never come again let alone recommend to anyone.

When we arrived welcoming staff were lovely as they were trying to get us to pay for an upgrade. Which seemed ok until we eventually declined only to find out we couldn’t stay in our original room and they had to upgrade us for free 🤬

The breakfast buffet was excellent. The staff was amazing. Great customer service.

The first night we stayed in the main building, which was quite rundown. We then paid more money to be upgraded to the level rooms which were nicer, however a little dated.

Its on a really nice beach, its great to go on the beach and chill as well as the pool area is next to the beach which is very chill and nice as well, The breakfast was really good as well, they provided multiple cuisines. Its located next to all the big resorts in the area. and its very close to Marble mountains you can walk from there to visit it.

The staff did not speak very good english so it was hard to communicate at times. Also there Ala carte food isnt that great either.
