Qualidade da ceia de final de ano e a festa não atenderam as expectativas. Comida fria e a festa na piscina muito mal organizada e mal dimensionada.

Ótima localização.

No quarto haviam 2 camas de casal mas os colchões eram muito moles, o que nos deixou com dor nas costas no dia seguinte.

Hotel bem localizado em relação a restaurantes no centro de Foz de Iguaçu, camas confortáveis, bons travesseiros, e chuveiro c/ boa pressão. Toalhas de banho finas, que poderiam ser melhoradas. Paredes entre os quartos do habitual drywall, o que permite escutar o vizinho tossindo etc.. O isolamento acústico p/ a rua tb não foi o suficiente p/ nos permitir dormir bem nas 4 noites que passamos no hotel. Há um bar ao lado c/ música ao vivo e ninguém dormiu bem. O hotel possui um lindo rooftop no 17o andar, com uma vista espetacular e uma boa piscina. Apenas 2 elevadores são insuficientes p/ o tamanho do hotel e sempre aguardávamos bastante. Café da manhã bom c/ bom serviço de limpeza das mesas e funcionários atenciosos.

Breakfast was excellent, as were the staff at reception & in the restaurant/bar.

There was a water leak in the shower or roof of the shower that by the age of the carpet mould stain had been there a while but also understand this is a general issue for this sub-tropical environment.

Good location. Nice pool. kind helpful staff. the breakfast is good.

the hotel is located by some bars and clubs so it’s a bit noisy. Also the housekeepers are too loud.

roof top is amazing, nice pool, room was nice and clean, lots of restaurants shops and pharmacy close by. Great breakfast.

the roof top restaurant is not great for lunch or dinner.

the hotel was modern & clean. The location was close to restaurants & shopping. Everything worked in the bathroom & the shower was excellent.

the breakfast had a lot of choices but the quality was not excellent...breads hard, tasteless couscous, eggs wet...coffee was unexpectedly good. Also, the music in the rooftop bar was really the worst kind of electronic... thumping bass, soulless, repetetive music, and way too loud. I liked the piano jazz at breakfast, though.

The room was large with comfortable large kingsize bed , good clothes storage and safe and fridge. Nice hot shower. Good breakfast selection. Nice roof top pool

The room itself clean but mould on window and curtains. The room not soundproofed and although on 12th floor very loud music outside that went on till 3am. Rooftop pool nice but no shade. The umbrellas had to be sellotaped to surrounding glass balcony. They need to invest in new umbrella stands. Also disappointed no restaurant in the evening.
