clean, facilities and breakfast. mall is attached to the hotel which makes super easy for getting anything right from movie to groceries. resturant are also available in mall for different cuisines.

Clarity about the the extra bed charges not clear on website neither on booking.com.

1) Cleanliness: Bathroom drainage was clogged which resulted in water logging as soon as we took a bath 2) There was a wedding going on during our stay, owing to which there were loud abusive noises outside our room the entire night. Upon raising this issue with the staff the response we got was "Shaadi tha sir, kya kar sakte hai" 3) No Channels on Television: Even the basic (free) channels were not available which is a standard feature across all the Courtyard Mariott Hotels. Again raised this issue multiple times and got no response 4) Basic Toiletries not Available: Shower Caps / Lotion / Talcum Powder which is again a standard feature across all the Courtyard Mariott hotels was not provided 5) Room Service took an eternity to deliver: It required multiple follow ups and almost more than an hour even to get the most basic room service items delivered.

Courtyard by Marriott is benchmark for 5 star hotels, but not this one.. the whole facility is like it was taken for granted. Room was not clean.. you can see dirt at the corners. Doors of shelf were broken.. there were crickets and cockroach 🪳 in the room. What else the list is long.... And most importantly if you want a good sleep, never book this hotel.

The rooms were neat, clean and comfortable. The staff at lounge during breakfast and dinner were prompt and courteous.

Location of the property is good , But Parking,Bar,Lobby,Reception waiting area ,Reception sitting area was Pathetic.

1. Staff kept us waiting at reception during check in. 2.Requested to provide washroom for 15min to change clothes after checkout but no one gave attention to it. 3.All interns were new and not having much Experience. 4.No senior staff were there to attend us. 5.Repeated Breakfast Menu.
