Literally everything! Me and my friends stayed here for 2 nights in september and the owners of the place are the greatest. They know everything you can do in Bari or in the cities nearby and they take amazing care of you during your stay. Your expections you get from the pics are exactly what you get. A very clean room, coffee machine and comfortable beds. The pool area matches the vibes perfectly if you want to enjoy a relaxing day. You have the bus station in front of the villa that takes you to center of the city or 10 min walking to the train station. You also have a market in front of the villa. Great position, great people, very afordable for what it has to offer comparing to others accommodations in Bari.

The location. It is in the “middle of nowhere”. Unless you have a car, it is difficult to find, not close to the beach, and there are no restaurants close by.

· I really like this place, the pearl of which was its owner - Claudia. She provided us necessary info and presented a sweet present for my Birthday/ I was so surprised. Staying in this hotel was amassing.

Clean, modern, good-sized room with the door opening out to the pool area. Good, firm beds and basic breakfast offered in the room (including milk for the coffee-a delight!) The star of the show is the owner, who is helpful and funny and speaks good English.

The resort is on the outskirts of Bari, where a lot of development work is going on so we did not really feel like a stroll out of the front door would be interesting. Having said that, we could stroll out the front door to find a restaurant for dinner and that was all we needed in the short time we were there.

Very nice, quiet place with the swimming pool. Very good contact with the host. Easy access by bus from the center of Bari.

Claudia and her boyfriend were very welcoming hosts! The accomodation is very clean and is close to a beach/boulevard with music. Supermarket is across the street. The pool was amazing. We had an amazing stay. Would definitely recommend!

I didn’t like the first day when the owners, 2 of them came asking to keep one of our passport supposing without asking that I am under 26 and that we will do party’s, that we will destroy the property or that that we will move staff from a room to another room. They been extremely rude both of them.

The room, the swimming pool, the personnel- Claudia was amazing, the perfect host! Very nice, cozy location, clean and well maintained.

The location is a little away from the town or the beach; we discovered the last day that for the best breakfast we just had to cross the street, to the brasserie from supermarket. If we didn't depend on public transport, and had a car, it would have been easier- the location has a private parking

The hosts are really kind and helpful. The location is good, traffic, supermarket and small shops are easy to reach. The apartman's size fits good to a family.

Rooms were fine. Not well equipped but clean. Pool and outdoor area was also fine.

It felt like the hosts were watching our every step… Checking on us every 5 min (but in a bad way), when we were sitting outside, cleaning the pool every time we used it, didn’t let us use the kitchen. Check out was at 10:00 but at 9:30 the host knocked our door asking for keys… They were not welcoming at all and the whole situation was really weird. I travel a lot, this time with my family but never felt so ‘unwanted’ in a place I rented. Also, they didn’t warn us about the the maintenance - they started fixing the gates at 7 am! Waking us with the sound of cutting metal.

From the day of arrival to check out Ronny and Claudia were in constant communication. They advised us of the public transport to get there. Upon arrival we were greeted with a clean and spacious room. Both Ronny and Claudia are very affable. They took time to explain all the details and patiently answered all our queries. The property itself is lovely and the pool in the common area was a lovely respite in the sweltering heat. Would definitely recommend the place.

The location was quiet and safe, in front of the building are bus station and a market with a lot of Italian goods. It's easy to get to city center (by 12/ bus). The hosts were super kind and friendly, we communicated a lot face to face or whatsupp. Whenever I had a question about something I didn't know, hosts were always kind to explain and guide me. I m sorry, but this review won't be negative at all😆😅. I really appreciate when I meet good&respectful people and I was really lucky with the hosts like Claudia and Rony. Thank you!

We booked this location for 3 nights, in May. The room is very large, comfortable and luminous. The host was very open and willing to provide us help from bus indications, sharing location for taxi - to visiting points and other more useful tips. It may seem that this is normal, but traveling in more than 30 countries, sometime you can find also difficulties in communicating with the host- it was not the case here. You will find an outdoor pool which is amazing for hot days, the bus station is extremely near - from the B&B and across the street you have a very big market - La famigla from which you can buy various products/food. By bus it takes 20 min to arrive in Bari central station from where you can take the train for Polignano/ Alberobello. We had standard breakfast included as milk, corns, bread, marmelade and coffee machine.If you desire more variety of food, you can refer to host and pay additional tax of 7euro per person. Claudia, with its warmth it enlivens the place and makes you feel welcome! She is very kind and cheerful.

The location was very good, the minuses were not related the location but regarding around: - I would like to find in the future a cleaner beach (the one near to location) - the train station that is near to be cleaner as well, or more safe
