1. The air conditioning doesn’t work good
2. No light in one of the rooms upstairs
3. Ants everywhere- on our food , on the ground , in the rooms , on the beds - biting our children
4. Basic products are missing such as toilet paper, salt , oil etc..
5. The mattress’s are very old and very uncomfortable
6. No air conditioning in the leaving room!!!! And it’s not written anywhere.
7. The pool is dirty and with lots of dead insects inside
In conclusion, the house is much less than presented in the pictures.
Unfortunately we’ll not come back for another visit

the property was brilliant and a great size of pool, not far from the busy area. Angel and Andreas taxis made us feel very welcome and safe with their local knowledge, very friendly and very helpful, great guys

We liked the weather the villa the location it was nice and quiet at night. Shops just down the road which was ideal.
There wasn't anything we didn't like very nice people, the only thing we probably didn't like was coming home .

Perfect if u don’t wanna be to close to town but just little taxi away! Was such a perfect Villa
Not much could say that was bad…. Maybe update the pool table so balls don’t hit the tiles when u pot a ball!

Location was great, pool was amazing and size of villa was perfect.
It was a lot more run down than pictures suggested. Mattresses we uncomfortable and bathrooms/showers not up to standard. Poor water pressure. General cleanliness was average. Cobwebs everywhere, no hun bags or cleaning products provided. Everything was outdated and run down.

The property is situated in a great spot, a walk from the beach and a short drive to ayia napa. The property itself was very clean and even more beautiful than the pictures implied. Vicki was great help with finding activities and making our holiday worthwhile. I’d love to rent this villa again!

We have spent 1 week with 6 friends in the villa papaya and we had a perfect stay. The service personal was super friendly, key was in the key box to get into the house and we have received a call in the first morning to check if everything is okay. We mentioned that in one room the air condition does not work properly and someone immediately came to fix it. Also the pool was cleaned twice during our stay. Also all the rooms and kitchen was well equipped and super clean
Nothing really to complain. Just a small hint: copying the address to the gps brings you to a wrong place (a gas station about 10 min away from the actual address) .. we then copied the detailed GPS coordinates. However this is a bit difficult if you try to call a taxi.
Also something to consider, the house is about outside of ayia napa. So there is nothing happening around and you need a car or take the bus to get to some restaurants. But we knew that already before our booking :)

The pool was amazing, perfect to cool down during a hot day. The contact with the villa manager was great, super responsive and was always quick to solve our problems. Not only that, the neighborhood was nice, we could play music pretty loudly even during the night. The bbq works perfectly, we could enjoy a super nice dinner made with local food that we got at a local fish market. Air conditioners work in all rooms so we could easily sleep through the night without getting too hot. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would recommend this property!
The pressure of the water in the bathrooms was pretty low but satisfactory. Lack of dishwasher.
