great location, very well equipped, super helpful host, got in touch before and after arrival to make sure all was fine with us. sent a pdf brochure with all important info about house and bugibba.

Location is excellent! The Mediterranean Sea is just in front of us! Many nice restaurants are few minutes walk from the accommodation.

Everything. Location was fantastic. View from the balcony was heavenly and helped on bad weather days or when we decided to stay in. Apartment was equipped with everything you need. Kids had innumerable options to watch TV and movies after a long tiring day of tourism. Roger went out of his way to show hospitality. He welcomed us with compliments (Champagne for Adults and local goodies for the kids for Easter) . Since we arrived on a public holiday he also stocked the kitchen with basic supplies. So big thanks. He also gave some great tips on day trips and restaurants. Overall, it couldn't have gone any better.

Nothing at all. Kitchen is a bit small but that is something we cannot control. May be a small dishwasher somewhere could add to a pleasurable holiday even more but its not a must.

I would like to recognize the exceptional customer experience. The hosts have made our stay in Malta very comfortable and memorable. I was asking for the additional support in organizing the cake and balloons for my daughter’s b-day party. All was managed perfectly well. We have also received all needed information about attractions around the location. The apartment is very clean and comfortable with all necessities when it comes to cooking, having coffee at the terrace with a sea view. The location is perfect as well. There are multiple dining options around, the grocery shops and the Malta Aquarium is in a walking distance.

We really enjoyed our first time in Malta! Roger is very nice a helpful. All things where very beneficial (beautiful and stylish apartment, quite street, nice square around corner and all things from Roger like welcome bottle of champagne). But was is the best is awesome view and romantic atmosphere. We warmly recommend.

It was a little pricey

From the time of booking until our Trip ended the host,Roger couldn't be any more helpful...This apartment was absolutely Amazing...everything about it was perfect..The inventory of equipment available at the property just doesn't do any justice to the thought that has gone into making this the best apartment...The kitchen was stocked with utensils and gadgets and Roger greeted us with a Welcome pack of Drinks and snacks The air conditioning was fantastic and shower and hot water great too...and television had all sports,Netflix etc.. The location and view of the sea was breathtaking..Right in the heart of Bugibba, with everything in close proximity ..beach and pool areas with loungers opposite as is bus stop to the terminus ,where you can catch buses to everywhere on the Island most journeys costing €2.00...... I could keep on writing so much about this place There really aren't enough stars to rate it and its host Roger....Thankyou ....

Amazing from start to finish . Roger couldn't be more helpful . The flat has everything you need and more . Good location as you can move around the island easily. Great view , and the beach is just in front. Really recommended.

The apartment is in a great location overlooking the sea. The equipment is thought out down to the smallest detail. Roger is very nice, extremely welcoming and helpful. We had an excellent stay.

Everything was perfect

Splendid views, all the rooms were very good, wonderful host, nothing was too much to ask for from Roger. The apartment block was very nice. The location was excellent, close to the main centre, but not noisy, and the bedrooms are at the back anyway so no problems sleeping at all. The Wifi worked perfectly. Parking wasn't as bad as I feared considering it was high season (albeit probably quieter than normal for obvious reasons) and we always found somewhere close by to park.

I am loathe to say anything negative as Roger was such a kind and helpful host, but unfortunately I have to say there is no air conditioning in the lounge and for the money we paid, which was over 650 Euros for 4 nights, I was surprised about this, and as it was so hot as we went in August, the lounge was not very comfortable to stay in during our visit. The flat was very good in all other respects though.

I just cannot praise this accomodation enough. We travel often and this is one of the two top Apartments we have ever had. The Location is stunning, the view over the sea is beautiful /( we loved the balcony overlooking the sea.) The accomodation itself, has everything and more, that one might want or need. Roger came to meet us, as arranged and the handover was seamless. He offered useful tips and had left us enough supplies (coffee, tea milk and some eats etc ) to keep us going. He thought of many little things, which would have been useful (except I pack most things!) We had a good nights sleep, as the bedrooms face to the back of the apartment, but even so, the area is peaceful. It has two little convenience stores, for breakfast / miscellaneous items. There were many Restaurants and eateries to choose from, but our personal favourite was the OCEAN BASKET ( South African chain of seafood Restaurants) and we had a great meal there, excellent Service, also highly recommended. St Pauls Bay is an excellent base for getting around the Island. We used the bus and Taxis. As Roger suggested, we asked for a fixed Price for the Taxis and found them amenable and reasonable in price. Ascot by the sea, is a perfect base for a trip to Malta. I would unhesitatingly recommend Roger and his stunning Apartment. We hope to visit again soon. It was an amazing trip! A big thank you from all of us.
