It was beautiful and plenty of room for the three of us!

The location of the condo was excellent. Oak Village is a nice area. Nice setting on the golf course. No directions to where the pool was located.

The condo needs to have a deep cleaning. The shower/bath rugs looked like they haven't been cleaned in a very long time. Most items appeared to be surface wiped. Microwave had food crumbs in it. The towels in the bathroom were a very cheap quality and only 2 washcloths. No skirt or pant hangers in either closet. Some pillows that are flatter/smaller would be nice to actually sleep on. The food we bought in the market the first night all froze in the refrigerator. Even when I turned it down, things were still freezing. The patio screen door needs to be looked at cause it's not on the track and hard to open and close.

Clean. Close to center of Sedona. Value.

Cleaning fee for 1 night to high priced.

The location and the feel of the place was great. We loved the house. Very spacious and comfy, very nice decoration. Having an access to the garage to park the car inside / in the shade was a very nice surprise. Kitchen was well equipped.

To get to the house was a little tricky, the door code did not work for me / but it worked when my daughter punched it in. There were not enough towels, toiletry, dish and wash cleaning supplies when we arrived - it was fixed quickly after - but not a best welcome. We would appreciate garbage bags that could fit the trash can in the kitchen (the once we got, were too small, we ended up using the store bags). We could not find the information for the trash removal and did not know what to do with the trash. The bedroom at the front of the house was uncomfortably warm - felt like the A/C was not reaching there as much as at the rest of the house. On the last day of our stay, one of the bathrooms and the laundry room got infested with bugs - ants with wings, to the point where it became too much to handle.

Nice master bathroom.

They had to move us because of the HOA. They said no motorcycles are welcome here. We couldn't even park them in the garage. Kitchen appliances were outdated. Neighbors were very unfriendly

The neighborhood was great and quiet. Pool was nice. Kitchen was great but a regular coffee maker would have been nice. The one we found in the closet was broken. Figured out the Cuisinart and used it but it leaks water everywhere. The stove is old and a bit confusing but figured it out as well. The art was great. Never turned on the tv because we were in a busy workshop. The grill was a nice addition and the patio was great for the little time we got to spend on it.

The electrical plugs in the Master bath didn't work at all. Had to use other plugs for bathroom things. The trick to turning on the bedside lamps wasn't anywhere to be found but we figured it out. The lights in the 2 nd bathroom didn't work. Couldn't shower (etc) after dark. The gates close at 4:30 p.m. not 6 p.m. or 7 p.m. And the sheets on the Master bed were old and pilled. I am Princess and the Pea sensitive and don't sleep well on stripes or pilled sheets. Turn them inside out until that side pills and then get rid of them.

Was told if I purchase an iron I would be reimbursed. Once I purchased wash cloths and a functioning iron and pad cover...I was the told I would not be reimbursed. The so called "local staff" is nonexistent. Vacasa knows all the right things to say or pacify the client, but no corrective actions were taken. I would not stay at any property managed by Vacasa because the client has absolutely no recourse when they don't provide what the contract states.

Like the quiet and safe neighborhood. Liked having a garage to put my car in.

We arrived after dark and it was a challenge to find the home and then find my way into the home. Had to call and thankfully they answered after midnight and got me in.
